Downtown Lookout Base - A Family Friendly Home

A Brand New Home located Downtown in the oldest neighborhood in Glenwood. It is rare to find such a nice Home within walking distance to the Downtown Core, and The Glenwood Hot Springs. Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath home l, with 5 beds. Enjoy time with family, and friends in the open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make an amazing meal, along with a bar too for extra seating. Dining Room table can be extended for more seating, is located conveniently next to the Kitchen. Living Room has a wraparound couch, and a Large Flatscreen TV. Send the kids upstairs to the bonus Family Room, with more seating, sleeping arrangements, and another TV. Family Room also has an office desk if you need to get a little work done. House is equipped with WiFi internet throughout, and Cable TV to watch your favorite show, or sporting event. 4 Bedrooms with all new mattresses and furniture. Master Bedroom has a king bed, with attached Bathroom. Other bedrooms have 2 Queens, and a Bunkbed. Also 2 extra Ottoman Beds for additional sleeping, Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their vacation. House also has Central AC, and Heat to feel more comfortable. Relax outside, with Mountain views , and enjoy the patio or wraparound yard.(it is not fenced in)Get your laundry done for your next day of adventures, with the new Washer and Dryer. This house has everything you need, and more. Don’t miss out on staying here, and making great memories.

Our stay here was really wonderful for Christmas! The house was perfect size for all of us and had plenty of amenities for kids which was awesome! Very nice property, clean, felt like new. Well stocked, even having things for infants (pack-n-play, high chair, baby plates / sippy cups / utensils). Lots of beds for a big crew. Def recommend, we were 4 adults and 5 kids and the space was perfect.

Amazing, beautiful home. Plenty of space for 9 of us in a great location. Amber was very responsive when we needed her for anything. Highly recommend. We walked to town several times each day, bit of a hill coming back to the house but well worth it.

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Worked great for three family stay (grandparents and family with 3 kids ages 10 to 4 and family with 2 kids 8 and 4). Very short walk to CO River with a couple of hot springs (crossed train tracks). Short walk to coffee shop and various eateries. 12 minute or so walk to Glenwood Hot Springs. Hosts resonded immediately to questions prior to visit and day of arrival.

Downtown lookout base

Awesome property. 3 couples traveling together enjoyed this home and plenty of room to spread out. Easy walk to town. Beautiful area and home.

Fast Family Trip

Everything was great! Details stated that it was a short walk from the pools, but not as short as we thought. Our suggestion would be to let guests know that there are no staples in the kitchen like oil, sugar, storage bags, foil or any kind of wrap. Non of this was a deal breaker, as the place is well maintained and was very comfortable for the nine of us.

Great place to relax and have fun in Glenwood!

The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bedding was very comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. We would highly recommend staying here! The hosts were also very gracious. We plan to return.

A Perfect Group House Retreat In Glenwood Springs

Conveniently located by the downtown area of Glenwood Springs, this VRBO / house was perfect for a group house and getaway to the mountains and hot springs. We are repeat stayers, and everything from reservations to check in and check out has been smooth. The hosts are extremely responsive as well. The Aspen resorts are about 40-50 minutes away, but the trip is not too bad for those looking to get access to skiing. Overall, this is a great find for larger groups 10 people and is well equipped with everything you will need for a warm, comfortable stay!

Super great family home

This is my second time renting this home for a family get together. Loved it this time just as much as the first time. Super awesome location to all that is offered in Glenwood. Easy drive to Sunlight ski area and not far from Aspen so that ski area is close too. The Owners are very responsive. We will be back, because I want to stay here in the summer.

Xmas trip

Good location, house on the last street by the hill, no one behind us. Lower end furniture and fixtures. Kitchen offers plenty of plates and cups but no coffee and very short of pepper. Normally this isn’t a big issue but when we are arriving on Xmas eve with shops closing early and completely closed the next day… it’s inconsiderate.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

The house was perfect for two families that wanted to spend the holidays in the mountains. Plenty of room and the kids loved the upstairs TV room. We had a wonderful time and made memories that will last a lifetime!!

Mother/daughter trip

Close to dining, shopping and iron mountain hot springs. We recommend Annie’s bakery . Then if you go to Aspen hiking maroon bells and eating at French alpine bistro. The house is very clean and roomy . Has everything you need well my daughter says it needs a full length mirror then it would be perfect.
