Casa de 4 habitaciones ubicada a 5 minutos del centro de Glenwood Springs. A 20 minutos de Sunlight Mountain ya 45 minutos de Aspen. La estación principal de autobuses está a 4 cuadras de distancia y hay muchas bicicletas, caminatas, rafting, cerca, para lo que sea que te guste.

Home was wonderful and comfortable. The pictures were a great representation of the home. The neighborhood was lovely and safe. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. We had absolutely no problems.

Great location

My husband and I (in our 60s), my daughter and son in law (in their 30s), and our grandchildren (2 and 4), enjoyed staying here. We were a little concerned about the steep steps that were just outside the children’s room and having them walk past the stairs, so we asked for a baby gate, which was provided in the downstairs closet. There was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood but the house was located in a very nice section of town, convenient to the hot springs, which was the main reason for our stopping In Glenwood Springs. We only stayed a few days but it definitely worked well for us. It was the only house we rented during our two week trip to Colorado that had cold a/c, which was definitely needed during the heat wave we were experiencing and much appreciated. The one thing we might recommend is getting the basement treated for spiders on a regular basis (we killed three when we were there doing laundry). The house itself was very clean and well maintained. Just be aware of the stairs. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Perfect location, great owners

Our group was 3 couples who took the train from California, our adult son drove up from Denver so we could ski a couple days at Aspen. House was well located for our ski plans and close to “downtown” for restaurants, shopping. Fun town.

Never Disappoints

This was our groups 4th year staying at this property. We had a group of six adults, this house fits all of our needs. It’s has plenty of room, clean and the owners are great to work with. We will be returning next year.

Birthday Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at this home with our family! The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Glenwood Springs! There was plenty of room for us to hang out and we were all very comfortable! The house was clean and the neighborhood was safe and quiet! We would recommend this home to other families visiting Glenwood Springs!

Family Wedding in Silt

The property was beautiful. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and having the two gathering areas was extra nice. The backyard was just enough space and having the items for the kids to play with helped out. The entire property was well kept and clean. The property also had plenty of parking. My only caution would be the stairs. My entire family felt they were a little steep. If you have anyone who struggles with stairs it may not be a good choice for your group. There was better access to the top floor from the backyard that balanced out the issue. I recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Spacious and Great Back Yard

Had an amazing time in the house. Good area, large back yard, kitchen open and all you need for cooking. The listing needs to be updated as it shows beds for 10 but there were only 9 beds.

Nice stay in Glenwood

My wife and I took a short trip to Glenwood with our daughters and sons-in-law. The house we stayed in was conveniently located for all our activities. We had a couple of issues but informed Matt and Amber as soon as we discovered them. They were very responsive and were able to take care of the issue right away. The house was comfortable and spacious enough for the six of us. The kitchen is well equipped but for some reason did not have a dish cloth for wiping down services after use. We would stay there again.

This property is very comfortable and the backyard is lovely! The only thing I didn't see mentioned is that he stairs up to the main living level are pretty steep- wasn't a problem for us but would be good to know for older folks.

I hesitated to give this property the 5 star rating because it probably won't be available next time we need it, and felt it was deserved. If you are basing your holiday or visit out of Glenwood Springs with a group you cannot do better. Thanks much to out hosts for having most everything we needed .

Our family of 8 stayed here and we all loved the house. Kitchen was big and well stocked, plenty of games and comfy furniture. Host communication was great, I would definitely stay here again.

We are locals here in Glenwood Springs. We love our little town. We enjoy all the outdoor activities and all the great restaurants and things to do for kids. We love to camp, raft, Dip in the hot springs, and hit the slopes. Nothing better than a summer in Colorado.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This place is in a perfect spot in Glenwood. Nice quiet neighborhood but still in the center of town and everything you need is at your fingertips. Bus stop is close by and plenty of hiking and biking paths.The grocery store s 5 minutes away. We love to cook so you will have everything you need to cook or bake a little something special while you’re on vacation. Last we take pride in having our house extremely clean and well put together. We really think about what the guests want in our house and not what we want.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love the open concept upstairs. It is nice being able to have the whole family together while some might be cooking, and some people relaxing in the living room. There are lots of large windows, so you can also keep an eye on the kids in the backyard. I also like the additional living room downstairs. Our older child likes her own space. As a Realtor, I cant undervalue a corner lot. It is nice not being surrounded by neighbors.
