Bay Colony 764 is another lower-level unit in the Bay Colony area, that is front and center to the beautiful lakefront. This grand lakefront unit will have you eating dinner in the living room, while watching the sunset and close enough to where the kids can run back and forth between the lake and the rental. This unit located just walking distance away from the East Side of Gull Lake, which easily brings the beauty of the sand and sun to you. Bay Colony 764 is the lower-level lakefront unit that is at the heart of everything Gull Lake has to offer, like being close to your boat lift or pontoon rental and always being close to a sandy beach. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the community propane grills, or lounge around the firepit while watching the sunset. Host a nice game of poker outside on the picnic tables, while the kids are playing a friendly game of cornhole. Bay Colony is a true Gull Lake vacation spot, one where lifetime traditions are made.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.
POLICY VIOLATION FEES:

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
