Property was very clean, staff were very friendly, beach was clean, kayaks for free use, pontoon rentals right at property. Fire pits were awesome!! Beds were very comfy. Great place overall!!!

Quiet Off Season Spot with a Beautiful View

I had to travel to Baxter for a 9 day work trip and this was a great quiet spot with a full kitchen and fireplace to relax in front of after work. My stay was comparable to the chain hotels in town in price but with much nicer features and as quiet as could be.

Wonderful property

Wonderful property and perfect location. We had plenty of room for the kids to play when it was rainy and room for pack n plays. Great stay we just had a little issue with the power a few times.

Early Week Getaway

My wife and I wanted a close and short getaway and chose the Brainerd area. This property and location was the perfect choice. Set on the lake with a terrific view, the accommodations were wonderful. All the necessities were provided, making life much easier and the experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

I can't say enough of how nice the house is. It is spacious and inviting. The fireplace is pleasant bonus! It was a great place for a family gathering. BTW... there's a lake outside! I would definitely stay here again.

Ladies get away

Although the weather did not cooperate. We found plenty to do. The small towns are close enough to go visit. The condo was a great size just to chill out and chat. We enjoyed our time here. Just to get away for awhile with friends and to catch up.

Relaxing long weekend

The place was great and the only reason that I gave it a four for cleanliness was the spider webs (and spider) in the bathroom. It is centrally located making trips to Nisswa or Baxter very easy. Being off-season, the lake was quiet but it was warm enough to sit out on the beach during the day. Hope to come back sometime and bring some friends or family with us!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bay Colony! The unit was spacious and well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. The beach was awesome! Loved the umbrellas that were out out each morning, the lounge chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. We also made use of the gas grills several times, as well as the fire pits for s’mores and to relax and watch the sunset. The staff were around anytime we had questions and were extremely friendly and helpful! This is our 2nd year staying here and we will be back!

Perfect getaway

We loved our experience at Gull Lake Beach Resorts. The building and property were both clean. All amenities listed were correct, we didn’t even need to contact management for anything and they even had a bottle of wine set out for us upon entering the unit. Our first family getaway after the pandemic and baby, loved everything about our stay.

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
