We went as a last hoorah with some college friends to celebrate a wedding as well! We had fun despite chilly weather. Great property!

Fun girls night

We had a 1-night getaway together and the property was a great space! I did have to do some sweeping when I arrived since the floor looked unkept. My only other complaint (and others have noted this in their reviews as well) was the noise from the upstairs condo above us. I was woken up multiple times in the night to people talking/ not even loud talking either. Overall, it was a good stay. Next time I’ll look to get an upstairs space.

This used to be our snowmobiling weekend. Now we just enjoy a relaxing few days and a change of scenery. Enjoyed the condo,cards the Drummond winery and a good dinner

Girls Getaway

We enjoyed our stay; convenient location to Nisswa shopping and restaurants. Very clean, loved the fireplace. Great service. Our hosts were timely in getting our checkin information to us.

Great choice near Nisswa

This location is close to Nisswa and Baxter for shopping and restaurants . The view of lake from our middle ground floor condo was good . Many areas of outdoor seating for warmer temp Weather . The beds were awesome . Kitchen amenities were all there . The only thing I would add is leave a book of matches to light the campfire. We had brought one with but not sure what others would do without any. Is like to return in more summer climate weather just to enjoy the sitting areas and view of lake more. Lovely cozy place .

Annual retreat for friends

This is the 2nd year out group has stayed at this unit. A quiet area, near Nisswa, comfortable beds and very clean. Only comment would be the 2 leather chairs giving minimal support although the 2 large pillows did help. ( We are four 78 year old college friends who can use all the support we can get. Thanks, hoping to be back for the 3rd annual.

Roomy, clean, great location

Loved the 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and very clean. Dining and living room area very comfy. Loved the in suite washer/dryer. If I had any negatives I'd maybe be a refresh of the board games, but really no biggie. We were there early week and after Labor Day, so basically had the place to ourselves it was great. Will be back.

Great location

The location is really close to restaurants and shopping as well as a beautiful Gull Lake view. We gave 3 stars for communication because when we checked in around 6 pm we had a few questions so we texted and called without response. We did get a great response after our stay from the manager who said they would address the issue immediately. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great Experience

This co do was such an easy win for our girls weekend. Since we came during off season, there really was very little to do in the area which was a bit of a bummer. However these accomodations made it easy to stay in and craft, read, and talk together in comfort!

Fall gathering

We were able to sit outside by the lake, have a fire. The place has great space, we played cards at the kitchen table and laughed and caught up in the living room with a fireplace. We really enjoyed the location and propert.

Girl's Annual Retreat--October 2023 (Monday- Friday)

We are 4 77 year old women who went to school together and had our 30th annual retreat at this unit. Perfect location (2 from the Iron Range and 2 from the twin cities), a very comfortable bed for each, 2 bathrooms, many dining options in the area, some shopping in Nisswa, lower level so no stairs. After several years this unit has met all of our criteria. We will be back.

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
