The residence features a caretaker, a keypad entry system, and private underground parking in the summer. A private storage unit may be available for bicycles.
A fine-sand beach is right at the residence’s doorstep; downtown is a 3-minute walk away, featuring all shops, the market halls, the market, the walled city, museums, the fishing and marina ports, restaurants, crêperies, and the thalassotherapy center, which is 10 minutes away. A promenade runs along the cliffside.
Apartment accommodating 2 people, furnished and decorated in a contemporary style with all the comforts and amenities for a pleasant stay. The entryway, featuring a large closet and a wardrobe, leads to a living room furnished with a sofa, a round table, other furniture, and a television. A sleeping area has just been set up with a double bed (140x190) and a memory foam mattress.
The large bay window spans the entire length of the apartment, featuring double-paned glass and electric roller shutters. You’ll have access to a 12m² terrace with seating and dining areas.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: multifunction oven (microwave, broiler, etc.), refrigerator, range hood, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils.
