Look no further than Huntsville/Pineview Reservoir for your next family vacation. Our place is in the Lakeside Resort, we are a young family with 4 kids and understand the importance of a family friendly place.

We adore this all-seasons location. Skiing at Snow Basin in the winter, beach access/pool access in the summer, and the amazing autumn hikes/mountain biking cannot be beat. This is truly a treasured place. Let us show you the magic that is Huntsville, and you'll never want to leave!

** Unfortunately Winter 2020-2021 community hot tub is under construction. Pool and Hot tub should be open come Memorial Day.

*** Boat Parking is available for $15 per night. Please let me know if you will need a boat parking spot.

Host provided wonderful directions immediately after booking and was communicative during the entire stay. There was a large power outage in the city and host was available to provide me information on situation even at late hours and checked in with us following day to ensure everything was good. House was nice and would definitely book again and recommend.

Clean and cozy, central location.

We had a wonderful stay at this Huntsville property. It was stocked with plenty of towels and cozy blankets, along with a fantastic coffee/hot cocoa bar. We skied at both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain so it was central for both. Very hospitable hosts! They made our stay just great!

Well outfitted place for ski trip

Place was perfect for us and stack of bunk beds allowed affordable expandability (that we did not use as there were only three of us). The place had all the condiments, coffee, hot chocolate, and anything else we could have needed. And Karily helped us with anything we needed. We had a great stay!

Great condo

Great condo. Walking distance to the lake and perfect location for activities at Snowbasin. Our kids loved the bunk room. The living space is small but functions very well. Would definitely stay there again.Post was super helpful and makes sure guests feel welcome.

Amazing Accommodation's.

The townhouse is absolutely amazing and the owners go out of their way to make your stay amazing and easy. The home is fully stocked with stuff for kids to play with and all the little things that you tend to forget to pack (band-aids, seasonings, cooking spray, etc.). The rooms are comfortable and the windows that look out from the upstairs to the living room below make it feel really open and the kids loved it. The kid bedroom with the bed in the loft is the best room our kids have ever stayed in. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions and are some of the nicest people we've ever rented from. Easiest five star rating ever!

Excellent host and a great place to stay

We loved our stay in Huntsville and this condo is now one of our top choices to book when we come back! Karily is one of those rare hosts who go the extra mile with a ton of extra touches. The instructions are very well laid out and include everything you need for the stay. All amenities were available including laundry detergent. There were several great games that the kids enjoyed, there were chargers ready to go, and there was even a couple of cool surprises for the kids themed for the dates we were there. Karily was always in communication making sure everything was ok. The location is great and we met several neighbors who were all super friendly and hospitable. We would not hesitate to recommend not only this condo but Karily as a great host!

Great Fall location

We enjoyed our stay in Huntsville. The townhome was perfectly located to experience Oktoberfest up at Snowbasin, the Fall Farmers Market in Ogden and the pumpkin patch at the monastery farm in Huntsville. Such a charming region and the perfect way to spend a fall weekend with family. The townhome had a nice fire pit outside and grill. The owner let us borrow chairs and blankets to use at the event on the mountain. The furniture and kitchen are a bit dated but comfortable and in good working order and the owner has the pantry well stocked with coffee and spices. The ski decor is charming — overall the townhome worked very well for a nice long weekend.

2nd stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Great access to a late summer event at snowbasin and to Pineview reservoir. Excellent floor plan. Kitchen is well stocked and owner is super helpful. Will stay there again in the future.

BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME STAY!

Of all the homes I’ve visited on Airbnb/VRBO, this has been the BEST one by far. My friends and I were in Utah for a wedding and Kari really took the time to prepare her home for us. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, face masks, makeup remover, the works! Kari was very communicative before, during and after our stay. 10/10 would recommend!
