Blocks to town, wineries & tons of fun!

Two exceptional homes joined by a fabulous courtyard, just five blocks from downtown Paso’s fabulous restaurants and tasting rooms.

After a day of wine and spirit tasting or exploring the beautiful central coast, you'll find plenty to do or places to relax. A pool table, putting green, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fire pit, restful hammock, ping pong, and foosball tables as well as corn hole boards. Or, enjoy a glass or two of wine in your private hot tub. What's not to enjoy??

The Vine Street house features two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large dining table, pool table, and a laundry room. Glass French doors lead you out onto the courtyard where you will find plenty of seating, a 3-hole putting green, BBQ, fire table, hammock, and hot tub. Oh, but there’s more…..

The “back house” is two stories and has a modern fully equipped open concept kitchen that looks out to the living room which features a gas fireplace. There is a quarter bath downstairs.

The garage has been turned into an awesome game room with foosball and ping pong tables, a dart board as well as corn hole boards and bags. Oh, and an additional washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large master suite with walk-in closets and a spacious shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bath.

A fantastic property for family and friends to gather that will keep you occupied or provide ample spaces and opportunities for relaxation.

Great stay at great location

We had a great stay with family and friends. The location worked perfectly: walking distance to the town square and even closer to additional restaurants and breakfast spots. Communication from our hosts was excellent and the property had everything we needed and more. Our families enjoyed the many games at the property and just being able to be together. Again, great stay.

Wonderful stay for a group

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Clean, comfortable beds, everyone enjoyed the games/activities (foosball, pool, hot tub, etc.). Kitchen was very well stocked and made preparing our Thanksgiving meal easy. Short walk into town. This property was the perfect layout for our group!

Fantastic stay!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! The houses were clean, cozy and well stocked with comfy beds. The location was close to downtown and all the wonderful attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

A 60th Birthday Celebration

Perfect Paso Getaway. Close to everything Paso has to offer. The homes were very clean, well equipped and then some and well layed out for the perfect getaway with family and friends.

Great place

This is a great place for multiple families. The two houses and a great patio area are perfect for vacationing with friends and families. Lots of games for teens and places to relax or gather together. Very comfortable!

Private Gathering Place

Perfect house for adult couples traveling for wine tasting. All the rooms have king or queen beds, courtyard is the perfect place to relax in the morning and evening. Quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown restaurants and fun.

Great place to hang out

Great place to hang out with a large group. Spent every night on the patio. Plenty of space for a large group or family. Kitchen in the main house was large and had everything we needed! Close walking distance to main area of Paso. Great location!

Awesome property and location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Tom and Lisa were very communicative and kind, and had easy instructions at check-in / throughout the house. It worked so well for our group to spend time at the house with our children and walk into town to do some wine tasting downtown (12 minute walk). We would love to stay here again when we come back to Paso.

Guys weekend

10 of us had our fantasy football weekend in Paso. This place was perfect. Walking distance to downtown, easy driving to the golf courses. We will definitely be back.

Paso Thanksgiving Week

Fantastic Thanksgiving Week at this property which is outstanding for a large group or multiple couples. Super well furnished with loads of amenities. Great location walking distance to all town restaurants, shops, tasting rooms. Owner was great to work with on recommendations and house was fully equipped to prepare Thanksgiving Dinner for 10 with ample seating.

The best rental ever!

We have stayed at plenty of short term rentals over the years, and this is definitely our favorite. You can tell the owners take real pride in offering their place as a family friendly getaway. Everything in the house and central courtyard makes entertaining easy for the kids and adults. Super clean, easy to follow instructions, a short walk to town, Amazing!

Great House and Location

We used this house as a staging area for a birthday celebration and found it ideal. The two house set up had plenty of rooms, common space and fun things to do. The location is ideal both to walk to downtown Paso and as a kick off for going to local wineries. Highly recommend.

Best location for walking around.

We had a very pleasant stay. We rent many houses and by far we were impressed by the attention to details! We have never been provided coffee and that was a nice touch. Plenty of paper products, too.

Perfect spot for family trip.

We had five couples, cousins and parents, and the two houses were such a great find. Everyone had space for privacy, and there were plenty of seating options for dinner and relaxing with the whole group. Our hosts were quick to respond with a questions, and gave some helpful tips in Ada Vance. We would absolutely book here again.

Awesome place!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property! We went for a bachelorette party. The two homes connected through the backyard was exactly what we needed ! It was also close to the bars downtown - walking distance ! Would recommend ! 10/10.

Two families, the Gilbert's (John and Becky) and the Keelans (Tom and Lisa) purchased this property with the goal and intention of providing a retreat wherein families and friends alike could enjoy Paso Robles, and all the surrounding areas as much as we do.

We have traveled quite a bit and know how fun it is to gather, play and laugh with our large group, but also having the pleasure of enjoying individual/quiet spots. This property offered just that AND has a fantastic location, just blocks to downtown Paso.

Two houses, one property, the possibilities for fun and relaxation are limitless. Games, pool, ping pong, two kitchens, seating and dining galore, hot tub, putting green, there is so much to do at the property. Or, walk a few short blocks and enjoy all that downtown has to offer, wine tasting, delicious restaurants, shopping, the Park, movies, etc. A short drive to many great wineries...just make sure you plan to stay long enough to enjoy them all!!
