A beautiful house, but very cold. We had to use the space heaters and blankets in addition to the house heat to stay warm. The beds are not comfortable. Mattresses are way too soft and need to be replaced. The yards were not usable because of the debris. Yards were not well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook. Overall, it's a nice home but would not stay again.

This place offered everything we wanted. Although we didn’t use it the kitchen was by far the best equipped of any of the rental properties we have stayed in. Location offered easy walking to downtown. Definitely would stay there again.

Great downtown Paso rental home

We truly enjoyed our stay at this downtown Paso rental house. It was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities needed. It was also in a PERFECT location which was convenient to restaurants, wineries and shops in downtown Paso Robles. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again and refer others.

This was a very cute, clean house in a great location. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, and the living spaces were cozy. It’s walking distance to the square.

Great house and location!

We were very happy with our choice. Spacious, clean and walkable to downtown. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, worked out well for 3 of us to have our own space and privacy. Nice open layout, quiet, and bright. Only annoying part was the constant reminder of rules and potential fines. We would stay there again.

Lovely property

We would have given 5stars if not for very small things which are easily changed. 5 stars assumes everything is perfect and no room for improvement. This property was 4.5 stars, very clean, comfortable but the bedrooms need bedside lamps on BOTH sides of the bed. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced as it’s broken. The staff were very attentive with check in etc but perhaps a few less emails or text messages would be preferable. Seemed like we got a check in message everyday for the week leading up to our stay and as soon as we arrived we got more messages tellling us about checking out. With a couple of small changes we would have given 5 stars, really lovely property and very comfortable and well appointed.

Couldn’t have been nicer!

We booked this home for a family gathering including adults,toddlers a baby and a dog! Everyone was comfortable. We took turns cooking in the gourmet kitchen, and had room for everyone around the dining table! The location was perfect! Walking distance to downtown and an amazing children’s museum.

Bit of a disappointment

Prior to arrival and during my stay, I received numerous text messages and emails regarding rules/regulations and contracts that needed to be signed. I know it is standard practice to send over a contract after booking a property but this was much more than that it made us feel uncomfortable to be consistently bombarded with rules. I safely assumed that the property must be tightly managed and that the condition of the property would be pristine. I was sadly mistaken. I wanted to treat my family to a relaxing, luxurious getaway and we were still able to make the best of the situation but we did not find our stay to be anywhere close to luxurious. To be frank, I was a bit embarrassed. To name just a few of our concerns: - There were large stains on the carpet - the bedding/sheets did not smell clean/fresh (it left us wondering if they were washed prior to our stay) - the cups were soiled/not washed well (we had to rewash everything prior to use) - the pull out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable Overall, I was disappointed in our stay in light of how much we paid and based on what was advertised on VRBO.

What a great home!

The open floor plan was really appreciated. Linens and towels were great quality and beds were super comfortable. The extra details and higher quality of furnishings made our trip so enjoyable! We Will definitely stay here again and will pass on our recommendation to others! Thank you so much!

Loved our week in Paso

This place was perfect for our week in Paso. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us and we loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants in town. It was also close to all the vineyards we wanted to visit! Would love to stay here again!
