Enjoy this updated Sunriver home perfectly located In a quiet neighborhood. You will be yards from the Deschutes River and walking distance to the Woodlands Golf Course. Family and pet friendly home. (8) SHARC passes included.

This home offers 3 bedrooms (1 King, and 3 Queen beds).

Brand new spacious composite deck along with a brand new hot tub which offers privacy and easy access to the river trail and walking paths. The house amenities include (2) single kayaks, TV’s in each bedroom along with Apple TV in each bedroom, not to mention a ping pong table and corn hole boards in the garage. There are (2) brand new beach cruisers, and (5) additional bikes (adult trike, tandem bike, child carrier, and more. We offer a pack and play, an infant to toddler booster highchair seat, and have a baby gate available for guest use.

This home is individually owned and is making updates to the home regularly to ensure a relaxing and warm atmosphere to unwind.

New carpet has been installed in all bedrooms and upstairs hallway area. New updated flooring in kitchen, dining room, living room, 1/2 bath. Brand new roof, board and batten siding, and black fiberglass windows installed all in 2023. New composite deck, privacy wall and hot tub installed in 2022.

Another great stay in Sunriver!

We once again had a great stay in Sunriver! Outside of all of the fun things to do in Sunriver, Bend, and central Oregon itself, Kari’s rental lends itself to rounding out the trip by being the comfy, well appointed and perfectly located place that it is. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home during our stay. Thank you again, Kari, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Happy “Campers”

We walked on the many paved bike trails in the 3,000 acre Sunriver resort. We hiked to the waterfalls and trails in the Deschutes National Forest nearby. We kayaked in the kayaks Kari provided on the river that flows very near the house. We biked using the bikes Kari provided. We ate very well following Kari’s spot-on restaurant recommendations. We all enjoyed the Sun deck and exquisite hot tub. We slept well in the very comfortable beds. And the weather was perfect all week. Sounds like we did it all? There was much more that we didn’t do, such as grilling on the deck, golf, the QUARC (sp?) water park and many other amenities. All in all, a wonderful week. And Kari is a world class host.

Perfect Stay in Sun River

We loved this property! It had everything we needed for our summer family vacation. There were plenty of bikes for our 7 guests and even a buggy for our little one. We used the kayaks to float the river, and the 8 SHARC passes were perfect! There is so much to do in Sun River from coffee and donuts in the morning followed by bike rides to the playground, a visit to the water park, evening stroll by the river, and family games and movies at the house. We loved the outside dinning area to relax and the kids enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. The property is very close to the river and the street had a path right down to the river front. The kitchen is well supplied for whatever you plan to make. Kari was a wonderful host always available when we contacted her. We would love to use this property again!

Outstanding location!

Steps to river, close to golf, bike ride to Sharq. House has all the essentials and has been updated. Hot tub was great! Excellent communication with owner and very helpful for knowing where to launch our tubes next to the marina. House also smelled so good when we walked in. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Beautiful Home and Seamless Stay!

The home is beautiful and was perfect for our long weekend in Sun River. We enjoyed a visit to the SRAC. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the addition of patio furniture and hot tub made our experience! Kari you have a beautiful home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful Accommodation!

This is a beautiful home in Sunriver with all the amenities you need! We were there for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen is very well appointed. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Sunriver

Excellent location in Sunriver and all the amenities you need for a comfy stay. Kari is the perfect hostess and an excellent communicator. We appreciated how nicely appointed this home is along with the great outdoor patio for unwinding and well maintained bikes for cruising the Sunriver bike path. Great house and location!

This house has it all! It’s very close to the river which is excellent if you want to do a float or play in the water, the house is very clean with everything you need to enjoy a get away! Loved that the master was on the first floor with a door to the patio. Also, the decking is super nice as it doesn’t get hot in the heat of summer over there. Lastly, Kari is an excellent host with great communication. I 100% recommend this house and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Clean, stylish, family home

Beautiful updated home. We have two young children and it was a perfect place. Lots of bikes to borrow to ride into the village. Close to the golf course. Comes with 8 SHARC passes which saved so much money and is an amazing place to take kids. We can’t say enough good things about this house. Would love to stay again. It even had a bike with bike trailer for kids. The host was super helpful. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Deck best feature

We all loved this property. The deck has a table/umbrella/chairs and wicker furniture with cushions that seats at least 8-10 ppl. The house has everything you need to stay. If I were to say any cons Some games to play would be an extra perk Fix sliding glass door (easy fix) The heat pump is very loud but you can just turn off a/c.heat and it will shut off - if you are on back porch.

Great place to stay

We had such a great time renting this place, river is only 300 yards away if that, you could take a nice float from the marina to the home in about an hour or travel to the pick up spot for a nice 3 hour float, bikes also worked out great!

Great Location

Love the location to the river, the dogs were happy. Sadly it was very smoky when we were there so outdoor activities were limited. They have plenty of toys available and the hot tub was a nice retreat when we could be outside in the evening. Nice and close to Woodlands course which was convenient. Nice to have the master on the main floor and separate from the other two bedrooms. Kitchen had all we needed as well. Plenty of deer and squirrels to taunt your 4 legged kids.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing time at the house. Great location and near the river. The house has perfect amenities for the family... Many bikes (and trailer for our little one), kayaks, ping pong table, hot tub, and passes to SHARC. It was well stocked in the kitchen and the rooms were comfortable for everyone. We also got a nice surprise at night when some deer families came to visit near the back deck. The host also was very responsive before our trip and during our stay. Thank you for making our trip perfect and allowing us to make so many family memories, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful home!

Great kitchen, and a very tidy household. The layout of the home flows really well. Enjoyed the deck and BBQ. Triple digits in June so we didn’t use the hot tub. The bed in the master bedroom was SO COMFORTABLE! Really cozy home with great space to relax in and get quiet time of needed.

Great place!

House was clean and as pictured. Was dog friendly, particularly for an older dog since there are no stairs to front door, main floor and deck. Loved the proximity to the river for walks. Having 8 SHARC passes is a great feature as was the wood burning fireplace. Only recommendation is to add some small glasses (high-ball or juice). Host was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will definitely rent this house again!

So relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Needed a "staycation" and this fit the bill! We went snowshoeing and cross country skiing, rode bikes, went on leisurely walks, enjoyed the hot tub and also had a massage and went for a swim! The owner was very helpful in assisting us to navigate making swm reservations during COVID. The house is nicely stocked with everything you need to cook up some nice dinners and there was plenty of wood in the garage for a fire every night!! The resort is a great area for activities and also easy to drive into Bend or down to Crate Lake! Perfect spot to relax and recoup! Bette J.

Fabulous stay

Not only was this hone well appointed and clean, the host was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We liked walking to the river and along the trail. We will definitely stay again and again!
