Located in the beautiful community of Caldera Springs, 56706 Dancing Rock Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This large 3,100 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Inside this luxurious home, you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings, wood paneled accents and hardwood floors. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

-Gourmet kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel Dacor appliances, two ovens, wine fridge and large island and beautiful cabinets.

-Dining room with seating for eight with additional seating at kitchen island.

Great Property! Very spacious with a nice open layout for hosting the family. Rooms are private & nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit, pool & gf course. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Caldera Springs Gem

We spent Easter weekend in the home and it was everything we expected and more. We highly recommend this home if you have family traveling with you. The bedrooms are quiet and it has great areas to gather for meals and playing games. Sunriver is very close for dining out and coffee.

Easy and Beautiful

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this gorgeous home. I loved all of the thoughtful decorations and really liked the layout of this home. If you have a trip with another family - the loft area above the garage is perfect for the kids to have their own fun place to hang out. I would definitely stay again! Great house

Perfect spot for two families with convenient access to Mt. Bachelor for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was the perfect apres ski activity. We also appreciated the flexibility of a later checkout—thank you!

Perfect family stay for our out of town wedding

The gated community was quiet with a safe road and bike paths for walking and biking. The community is beautiful and all of the homes are new. The house itself had plenty of parking, great hot tub, patio furniture, outside kitchen and a big, well maintained hot tub. We were welcomed by the outstanding openness of the great room and kitchen. The decor was beautiful and the woodwork impressive. But my favorite was the massive fireplace. The kitchen was well appointed with a huge island for serving. It has a big refrigerator which was helpful. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was very help since our family was there for a wedding and to get ready all at once. The beds and pillows were all super comfy with extra everyto accommodate everyone’s needs. All of the furniture was lovely and had the Bend vibe you hope for. There is nothing at all negative I can say about this property and we rent vacation homes frequently. We highly recommend this property!

Exellent base for a ski trip!

This Caldera Springs home was so well equipped, and a pleasure to come back to after a day of skiing. The large hot tub soothed muscles, the kitchen had everything needed for meals, and the living room was spacious enough for all. The 3 bedroom suites on the main floor were very comfortable, and the bonus room upstairs with bunk beds and couch made a great hangout for the college kids. There were a couple small issues the first day, but the owner responded almost instantly to emails. It's quite convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and ski shops in Sunriver, and a quick drive into Bend.

Family Adventure

This is a beautiful home that is perfect for our family to gather and spend time together. The weather didn’t fully cooperate but the home is located by the Village and there was plenty to do, including playing in the snow, playing board games, hot tubbing, and just relaxing. We’ll hope to come back soon!

Perfect house!

Pictures don’t do this house justice. House was perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and we had plenty of space inside and out. We rode the bikes (provided) through the community on their paved trails. We would definitely come back!!

Well equipped and spacious home

This lovely home is well equipped and spacious, room for the whole family. We enjoyed all the area has to offer, pool time, bike riding, golf, smore's at the fire pit and games around the table. A wonderful stay!

Great Place

Nice, well appointed house in Calderra. Had both a keurig and regular coffee machine (important!), very well stocked large kitchen and great room with a beautiful fireplace. Comfy beds. Large bathrooms with extras including body wash (the little thing make such a difference). Hot tub was a treat which we very much enjoyed. Not too far of a drive to Sunriver. Gym is small, though they are building a larger one. Easy check out process - little asked of us to. Will definitely stay here again.
