Greetings from Alaska! We are Tim and Stacie Motis, living in Fairbanks, Alaska. We have been Alaskan residents for over 20 years, and have seven children. After repeated travels to Maui to escape the cold Alaskan winters, we bought our first condo at Kamaole Sands in 2016. After selling the condo in 2019, we realized Maui was just too special so we bought this unit. It's our intention to share this wonderful property from our family to yours, building memories that will last a lifetime.
We hope you take time to enjoy your family in our quiet, comfortable, home. We want to share what we have been blessed with, and enable you to spend time with the people you care about the most.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Having vacationed all around Maui, on both the West side, South side, and Kahului, we chose to buy in South Maui. After looking at over 20 properties in South Kihei, we chose Kamaole Sands for our Home away from Alaska! Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole Sands Beach III, one of the best on the Island. Kamaole Sands Beach II is a short 5 minute walk. Snorkeling between Kam 2 and 3 is the perfect place to see fascinating Hawaiian water sea life, including turtles!
We love being able to walk to great restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo. Some of our favorites include Cafe O'lei, 808 Bistro and Deli, Freds Mexican Food, Moose Mcgillicuddy's, and the Monkeypod.
Being centrally located also makes it enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Whether it be a drive to Hana, a shopping trip to Lahaina, or golfing in Kapalua or Wailea. When it's time to leave the airport is only 15 miles away, allowing you to spend an extra hour at the Beach!
