This property has a near direct access to the ocean with many restaurants near by. ~15 minutes from FLL Airport. No pets. We can accommodate up to 12 people (6 in each townhouse). Yacht charter available for additional fees. Perfect for big families!

Great house with two private entrances.

Great communication with the owner and property manager. Tended to our needs as we needed. The sliding glass patio doors were broken and did not open/slide properly in addition to the handles breaking off. They had handyman come over promptly to fix the issue. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was larger than expected and really deep! The kids loved it (make sure they know how to swim, its 10 or 11 feet deep). Provided tide pods, dishwashing pods, towels (bath and beach), and a few "small" bottles of shampoo (we ended up needing to buy) for each bathroom. However it was missing the simple essentials of dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, simple spices ( salt and pepper), coffee filters. The pots/pans had to be shared between both townhouses which was a little inconvenient. The property is a little dated for the price paid. There was one router for both townhouses (for 11 people in the house) wasn't adequate enough. We didn't have a grill to use as the hood was rusted and fell off. It had to be replaced but not in time for our week stay.

Amazing Communication

From before getting to Miami, Natalia made sure to keep checking on us! She and Eugene gave us some great recommendations for a bakery (we needed to get a cake made) and beaches! We got in quite late and Natalia explained the check in process in detail, which was easy to follow through. Additionally, any issue that arose during our stay, they were ready to tend to asap if needed. Their communication and making sure we were comfortable were fantastic. We loved the backyard, and everyone spent a lot of time hanging out there whenever we were home. It was good weather, a shaded enclosed space if there was too much sun, and the view of the water was great to have! There are a few things that probably need some updates -- some paint work, some of the chairs and sofa chair were a bit wobbly, but as I said the hosts were ready to take care of things right away. Ended up being a great experience for us, and the location of the property was a big plus too. There were a few different beaches not too long of a drive away, plenty of food areas and grocery stores nearby, entertainment close by. Thank you for your commitment and communication :)

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse Point! House was perfect for 10 plus ppl. Great location- close to food, grocery store and a marina for our boat. Will definitely visit again!!

Amazing Space

This property was absolutely amazing! The owner was even more amazing! The communication with the owner made the entire process of checking in and out effortlessly. I felt like I was at home! Can’t wait to go back!

An Amazing Property for a Large Family

My family and I were BEYOND satisfied with our stay at this property. Between both sides of the duplex, we had more than enough room for the four adults and six children in our group. The private pool was warm and clean, and we all thoroughly enjoyed watching the boats traveling through the intercoastal from pool and spacious backyard. Being right on the intercoastal provided a lot of entertainment. The fishing was super fun for the kids and adults. The house is located in a very family friendly area. The local park (just a short walk away) was a highlight of the trip for our kiddos! It was an added bonus we never even thought to think of for our stay. Pompano Beach was just a short 20 minute car drive for us, and there are lots of great shopping options close to the property. It was very easy to grocery shop and pick up items for our week long stay. The owners, Natalia and Eugen, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided us an option for an early check-in, even though they didn't have to, and they were so accommodating throughout our entire stay. If we needed anything, they were happy to provide it. I cannot recommend this property enough. We will definitely be considering another stay in the future.
