We rent our holiday home located 800 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the port of Ste Maxime in a private domain, without vis-à-vis on the heights of the Domaine de Bellevue - Sémaphore district (residential and quiet).
Charming villa (150m²) on landscaped grounds of 1600m² with swimming pool and petanque court, rated 4 stars.
3 bedrooms, 6 people + possibility of an extra baby cot.

On the comfort side, a large living room (35M²) with fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, living room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool. A fully equipped indoor kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso, teapot, small SMEG appliances...) + a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and storage. In the living room, an indoor dining area for 10 guests opening onto the terrace.
On the night side, the villa consists of 3 bedrooms: a parental area upstairs with bathroom and separate toilet; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet.

On the pleasure side, you will have a private and heated infinity pool, 6 sunbeds, a sunny terrace of 120m² with boxwood, a landscaped garden, a petanque court (bowls available), a shaded summer kitchen of about 30m² with an outdoor dining area sheltered from the wind for 8 guests, cooking equipment and gas barbecue.

Additional services:
- A flat rate of 360 euros is required for the outgoing cleaning.

At the port of Sainte Maxime (800m): possibility to take the boat shuttle to get to Saint Tropez, Port-Grimaud and the islands from the port.
