Red Fish Condo C, with boat slips and pool.

Red Fish is a 4 apartment complex with a very nice swimming pool, 4 boat slips where captains can pick and drop you off, fishing pier, BBQ pits, beautiful terrace, fishing table.
The 4 apartments have their private garage, big enough to fit in two pick-ups, laundry room, 2.5 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen, dining table, Wi-Fi, two separate bedrooms, each with two double beds.

The space
The Red Fish Condos are located across the street from the bait and tackle shop. And have a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Guest access
Outside offers a communal pool and gazebo with picnic tables. There is 1 boat slip per condo that are first come first pick. Also there is a green fishing light for night fishing. Each condo has its own laundry facility located in the garage on the ground level.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here several times. It is very clean and convenient. The kids enjoy the pool. The pool was not as clean this time. Not sure the pump and filter were working properly.

Wonderful

Our visit was made just right by our stay here. The amenities are very clean and well kept. The pool is clean and well kept. We rented all 4 rooms for a family reunion. We will be booking Again for next year. 2 thumbs up

Holes in walls, lightbulbs not functioning, filthy stove. Cockroaches in drawers. Will NEVER stay here again.

Another great fishing trip.

Property is set up nicely for the fishermen and family. Winter months is when I prefer to go as the fishing and boating activity is very low. The set up is very convenient and is furnished adequately for just about anything you want to cook.

Great location and set up

We really liked this condo for a number of reasons. The 2 car garage on the bottom floor, boat access and it is across the street from the bait shop.

All in all a good property. Had trouble with the TV and door lock. Clean and somewhat modern. Dock area good and nice fish cleaning area.

Redfish Condo Evaluation

Overall stay was good. An item that needs to be addressed is the non working porch and stair lighting. Maria did work on this but the workmen were not able to fix this. This could potentially be a liability. More freezer space would be good for the fishermen. Maybe a small one in the garage. Even though fishing is difficult right now we barely got by. But then most don’t stay 10 days either. The parking and garage are plus’s. Being across from Harbor Bait and Tackle and Laguna restaurant is also good. I will recommend it to others, Thanks, Larry Petty

Perfect waterfront location with a convenient store right across the street. Property has boat slips (1 per condo), common areas include a private pool for our 4 condos, BBQ Pit area, and a gazebo to enjoy a beautiful night under the sky or a sunny day. When you come back from fishing you also have a cleaning table which is perfect to prep your fish before cooking.
