Nuestra Emerald Island Townhouse tiene una ubicación privilegiada dentro del complejo, justo en frente de la piscina climatizada y spa, con un montón de sillas y tumbonas para relajarse después de un ajetreado día en los parques. También está cerca de las pistas de tenis y zona de juegos para niños. La casa consta de aproximadamente 1,300 pies cuadrados de aire acondicionado, espacio de vida en dos plantas, con dormitorio principal en suite, cuarto de baño y dos dormitorios en la planta superior. La planta baja consta de cocina, comedor, sala de estar, sala de lavandería y un aseo.
El dormitorio principal con baño privado tiene una cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana con cable, tocador y un armario empotrado, también hay puertas de patio que conducen a un balcón con vistas a la piscina climatizada y spa.
Dormitorio 2 tiene una cama de matrimonio, armario empotrado, tocador y mesitas de noche además de TV digital. 3 dormitorios tiene una cama doble y una litera individual encima. Tiene un gran armario empotrado, un cofre de 4 cajones y también un colchón de aire extra doble si es necesario y TV digital.

Nuestro Emerald Island Townhouse consta de aproximadamente 1,300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con aire acondicionado en dos pisos, con dormitorio principal en suite, baño familiar y dos dormitorios más en el piso superior. La planta baja consta de cocina, comedor, sala de estar, sala de lavandería y un aseo. El dormitorio principal con baño privado tiene una cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana con cable, tocador y un armario empotrado, también hay puertas de patio que conducen a un balcón con vistas a la piscina climatizada y mástil. Dormitorio 2 también tiene una cama de matrimonio, armarios empotrados armario, tocador, televisión y de noche. 3 dormitorios tiene una cama doble y una litera individual encima. Tiene un gran armario empotrado, TV y un arcón de 4 gavetas y también hay una cama adicional para ponerme en la cama si es necesario. La Familia de baño tiene un baño con ducha, inodoro, lavabo empotrado y un montón de espacio en el armario. Ropa de cama y toallas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con cocina, horno microondas, lavavajillas, una unidad de eliminación de residuos y una gran nevera-congelador. Hay una tetera, cafetera, tostadora, abrelatas eléctrico y amplia vajilla y cubertería. Básicamente no es todo lo que se pueda imaginar a partir de una tabla de cortar a una pieza 10 Zona utensilio de comedor tiene una gran mesa con 6 sillas y también hay 2 taburetes de la barra de la cocina para el asiento adicional si es necesario.

El área del salón está amueblada con la más alta calidad con un sofá grande, un sofá de dos asientos, mesa de café y muebles a juego. Con un NUEVO 50 '4K smart TV, DVD, PlayStation 2 y un reproductor de CD de radio para su disfrute. Las puertas del patio conducen a la terraza, piscina y zona de pértiga.

La sala de lavandería con lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, una aspiradora vertical y un recogedor y la fregona.

También hay una tercera aseo de la planta baja con un montón de espacio de almacenamiento.

Amazing Vacation!!

The house was beautiful and super clean. Very accommodating with everything that was provided. Lots of towels and just steps away from the pool. We were only 15 minutes away from the Disney parks and conveniently near all restaurants and Target. Thank you so much Mandy. We hope to rent from you in the furture.

minor issues

We had minor/major issues with the rental but because of our back grounds we were able to overcome the problems, someone else may have had a different rating.. last issue I had occurred on check out day and, so far now, it's almost 10 pm, and I have not heard from anyone. Initial response time with problems or issues needs improvement..... but overall great location and very nice place to stay.

Emerald Island Resort Townhouse

I rented this property for 7 days and could not have loved it more. It has everything you need for a great vacation. I loved sitting on the upstairs balcony at night overlooking the beautiful pool. I was amazed there were not any bugs outside. This has been the most fun and relaxing vacation I have had in a long time. I will definatly use this townhouse again and Mandy was great to work with :-)

Comfortable and clean

Enjoyed our stay in this clean condo. The master bed was comfortable and to our liking. Spent our days in the Disney Parks so did not get to use the pool. Location to the parks was great. Working with the owner was easy and all information was provided in a timely manner.

Close to Disney World!

It's a great place because it's so close to Disney world! Mandy responds quickly to any questions you have. The only problem which isn't the vrbo's fault is the wifi connection is horrible and Verizon has no bars there. A good time to disconnect from technology!

Excellent Accomodation And fantastic location

This our second time staying at Emerald Island Resort and first time staying at this property. We were 3 adults and a 15 year old and we couldn't have been more comfortable. We have just returned over a week ago and have to say we are already planning our return and would definitely be looking to book Mandy's townhouse again. Communication from Mandy was fantastic throughout. Parking is right outside of the townhouse. The pool is 10 steps from the sliding doors and the first week we had the pool and jacquzzi to ourselves which was great as the pool was heated as was the jacquzzi. We used this everyday. The second week of the stay we shared it with one or two people briefly but this pool is like having your own private pool. This was something we did think about when booking as previously we did have a private pool in our last villa but all in all I honesty think this was better due to size of the pool and jacquzzi. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything you needed. When we arrived we had a lovely welcome card and a bag of tetley tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar and custard creams - these were a lovely touch! There was plenty of towels also. The property was lovely and clean with the washer and dryer being great also. We would definitely stay again - if like us you were swithering as it is not a private pool don't! We will definitely be revisiting Mandy's property again soon. Mandy gave us maps before our stay via email with shortcuts to Disney which was great - Disney is a 10 minute drive from the door if that. There is also a big Walmart 5 mins from property and lots of eating places minutes away. The boys used the basketball and tennis courts at the resort also and the whole resort feels very safe. We would all highly recommend this property.

It was wonderful!

This place has everything you could possibly need. Lots of towels, cookware, dishes, soaps, even strollers and swim toys. Super comfortable beds. I was amazed. We didn't have any kids with us, but it would be prefect for families with kids. Pool and hot tub right out the back door was great, and both were super clean. It was in quiet area, lots of parking. Real close to all the Disney parks. I could write a book on how awesome this place was. I would definitely recommend booking this place, you will not be disappointed. Mandy was a awesome host. I hope to be able to book this place every time I come to Orlando.

Very pleased with my stay!

This place was well kept and very comfortable for our family. So close to disney, literally a 15 minute drive from this place. There were restaurants and grocery stores all along route 192 which was very convenient. The only thing that went wrong was that the HVAC unit malfunctioned once night, but that was fixed the next day, just in time for us to stay cool and comfortable after a long day at the amusement park. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know, and would gladly choose to stay in it if I return to the Kissimmee area. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay for Disney/Orlando vacation!!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 to stay in for 11 days. Close to Disney, walmart and several restaurants. The owner was wonderful to work with and the house was super clean, A/C worked great, quiet area even though right next to pool, and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend and hope to use again on our next trip!

This is a great property to rent for the price!

This townhouse was very clean. It is in the perfect area for restaurants and Disney access. The owner Mandy is very accommodating. The neighborhood is really nice and safe! The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the pillows on the beds. They were kind of flat. Other than that this is a great place to stay!

We LOVED it!

Our stay in Mandy’s town home was much greater than we had expected. It was very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed plus some. She sent us lots of helpful information prior to our arrival. The pool was amazing... just a few steps away and never had too many people! The home was clean and conveniently located to Disney world, stores, and restaurants! I will definitely book again the next time I plan on visiting Florida!

Superb location

Superb location, Owner easy to deal with, great pool, good bed sheets and the weather channel. Location is definitely the USP for this place. So easy to get to the parks and anything else. Target, Publix and Walmart all close by. Good restaurants almost walking distance. The owner extremely helpful and attentive, a pleasure to correspond with. Pool area was good. My son enjoyed it as much as he could between park days. Beds were good, sheets were also good making it comfortable nights sleep. A great base for your holiday. will definitely book again (depending on numbers? but would look at the bigger villas at emerald island if we go with more. Great location)

Very nice place, clean, would stay again.

Check-in process was fairly simple, having guests visit you can be a bit cumbersome as the resort wants to know when they are coming so they can gain access to the grounds (this is said not as a poor point to the owner, more to the resort complex itself). House was immaculate upon arrival, with everything in order, basic toiletries and kitchen needs were in place which was great. Pool toys located within the laundry room was a nice bonus for the kids to enjoy while in the pool. Only suggestions to the owners would be baby gates to help secure the steps. Granted we as parents have to be attentive to our children, but that added level of security would be reassuring. The close proximity to parks and nearby stores and restaurants was also great. Overall it was a great location to enjoy a vacation and would have be happy to stay at this location again.

Convenient and spacious

We had a great 1 week stay at this rental, lots of room for the 4 of us and close to hot tub and pool. The refund of the gate pass is not well organized, as the office was closed when we left in the morning, we had no alternative but to keep the key. Should allow for renters to leave the pass on the counter and reimburse the $10 onto visa? It would be nice to stock the cleaning products a little more as we ran out of pods for the dishwasher too (we ate in every night). It was a nice and clean townhome and we would recommend and stay again.

Emerald Island Townhome Review

This townhome worked out really well for us. Lots of room for 3 adults and it was great having a full kitchen and laundry room. The inside was clean and well appointed with lots of amenities. Everything worked well (A/C, TV, Fridge, etc.) Very quiet area, and this townhome was literally 10 steps from the pool. We loved being this close to the Disney parks and resorts without paying the premium of staying in one of the Disney resorts. We would certainly stay in this home again.

Spring Break 2017

We had a fantastic stay at Mandy's house. It was close to everything you needed to get to. We were 10 steps from the pool which the kids absolutely loved. Mandy's house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to cook meals and take them over to the pool for us to enjoy. We would definitely rent again, Mandy was very responsive and helpful:)

Perfect Disney Spot

Hands down the BEST! Look no further!

This property is immaculate! We loved it and will be back just as soon as we can. If I would have known it was this easy to have a beautiful home to stay in while away from home, I would have been renting from "HomeAway" all along ago. I will never stay in a hotel again! This was hands down THE best place to stay I was in touch with Mandy prior to our arrival, and she gave me all the info I needed for your stay. Once we arrived, I was in awe! Wow! The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The clubhouse had lots of things to do if you decide not to leave the Emerald Island. However, if you did, E.I. is extremely close to EVERYTHING! All of the Disney theme parks are 10 min or less away. There are lots of restaurants, shops and stores all less than 5 min away. The property as I stated was beautiful, exactly as pictured, steps away from the pool, very modern decor and the beds were comfy. The AC worked perfectly and there was never a need to call for maintenance assistance. We felt right at home. There is no catch or hook when renting this property what you see is what you get and then some! If you have any doubts about staying here DON'T. Look no further, this is THE place to be. I know I sound like a commercial guys, but that's truly how great this place is! Thanks again Mandy for letting us rent this beautiful, beautiful home!

Clean, secure and beautiful resort for families.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at Mandy's townhouse. It was just as the pictures and descriptions showed. It was clean and very roomy. The pool is just outside the door and we enjoyed it very much. it was so secure with the gates and security that we all felt very safe. The grounds are well taken care of as well. My husband and I really enjoyed our coffee time in the morning looking out over the pool from our patio or from the deck off the bedroom. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. As I told Mandy, the only and very minor suggestion we had, was for a pizza cutter for the kitchen. We really appreciated all the bath towels and the swim towels that she provides. Thanks for sharing your home with us Mandy!

Great location, has everything you need.

It is a very nice gated community, well organized , easy to check in and out.The house has everything you need, kitchen is wel equiped, towels,nice welcome package and ..... The location is very good if you want to visit the attraction parks in Orlando, very close to Disneyworld , especially the back entrance to WDW. Wish you allowed small dogs, I would come back and rent it for a few months next winter.

JUST EXCELLENT! PERFECT VACATIONS!

Everything was just as described! and more... they left us pool towels and floats ( I wasn´t expecting that) We enjoy every single moment there. We had chance to watcxh our kids from the house while they were in the pool . Everything was clean , very nice and well maintained. The house is really near Disney and they sent us a shortcut map that was helpfull I would like to thank Mandy for all the maps and tips sent before our trip. I would surely recommend this property toa friend or relative and its very probable I would book it again in the future!
