Located just steps from the beach on New Orleans Street in the heart of Dewey Beach, Surfrider H of THE SURFRIDER CONDOMINIUM is a custom 1100+ square foot town home.

Ready for your family’s enjoyment this Summer. The Surfrider H sleeps 6 and offers two bedrooms and one full bath. The master bedroom features a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The spacious Living room also offers a queen sleep sofa for overnight guests. Other amenities include complementary beach chairs and beach umbrella. air conditioning, wireless internet, washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Our units are spacious, clean and well kept. When returning from the beach we have an outside shower to rinse the sand from your feet and any articles you may have had at the beach.

The perfect place for your family's vacation! Surfrider H at The Surfrider Condominium is just a short walk down a residential street (with no other streets to cross) to Dewey's famous, well guarded beach. The Surfrider Surfrider H has two wonderful, private balconies as well as a large common area deck complete with picnic table and comfortable seating just out the back door. Complimentary beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided for our guests! This property also features on site 24 hour property management for your convenience.

Family fun in Dewey includes Skimboarding, Bon-fires, movie nights on the beach and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Families can access the Boardwalk without ever touching their car by riding the Jolly Trolly which picks up right on the corner.

Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is in walking distance, the beach, the abundant fine restaurants, and the fabulous entertainment venues.

Four adults and 1 infant felt so comfortable here! We walked to beach and coffee in he morning, lounged on the balcony, and had a really great stay. The condo was clean and spacious, and the location is unbeatable. We hope to be back next summer!

This place is amazing! The photos do not do it justice. It's large, comfortable, and steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this enough. Harry was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with.

Loved our stay!

We loved this property! It was perfectly located - close to the beach and close to restaurants. Despite the proximity to the restaurants and nightlife, we had no issues sleeping through the night (baby included!) We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Clean and well-stocked. Close to all the action but with a view of the water. Faces away from the Main Street so it’s quiet despite all the activity in the area. Great instructions from owner. One parking space is assigned to the unit and a pass for on street parking but can be difficult to find a second spot. We stayed 4th of July weekend which made the parking more challenging. Loved the condo, amenities and location. Would definitely stay again:)

Great location, some surprises, pet friendly stay

The unit was clean and tidy on check in. I'm new to this type of rental, so was caught off guard that there were no bed linens or towels. I've since learned to check for this. The manger was easy to contact. The location is great. The unit's on the third floor, so be sure you can do steps. The wrap-around deck was a pleasant surprise. Pet friendly locations are appreciated. The mattress were two soft, but that seems to be the norm in these rental accommodations. Would look to book this location again in the future.

Great short stay at Surfrider H

Surfrider H in Dewey Beach is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very nice view of the ocean. Comfortable clean condo with a well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. We enjoyed our Holiday Weekend stay there!

In the heart of dewey

Great property. So much better than staying in a hotel. Place was clean and functional. Ocean view from the deck. Easy walk to all the best bars and restraunts in town. And directly upstairs from the best crabcakes in the state.

Perfect location!!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! Walked to the ice cream shop each night. Sooo close to beach and fun to watch from balcony. Great size kitchen. Smelled good. Lots of windows. Comfy seating. Covered our Bedroom window to make it darker.

Awesome place to stay

Loved the location--can view the ocean and bay from the balcony, and didn't have to walk far for anything. Nice and bright, many windows with great views. Everything was spotless and Harry was responsive and helpful when we needed him. Would definitely stay here again!

I have been providing accommodations in Dewey Beach for 20+ years. I live full time on the same street where The Surfrider is located and provide hands on assistance whenever needed. I actually built The Surfrider which was completed in 1998 and currently serve on the Board of Directors as treasurer.
