Hermoso océano bloque casa unifamiliar. Tres habitaciones con nuevas camas king y queen. Fabulosas vistas al mar y la bahía (pasos para ambos).

Maravillosa sensación de casa de playa con techos con marco en A de 20 pies en el segundo piso e interior de madera natural. El gran segundo piso abierto es bueno para relajarse o pasar un rato con un grupo de personas. Amplia cocina nueva con dos refrigeradores y todos los utensilios. Hermosa nueva chimenea de leña. Acceso a wifi, televisión inteligente y cable digital.

La cocina se abre a una terraza del segundo piso con excelentes vistas del océano y la bahía. Cubierta trasera grande ideal para reuniones o simplemente para tomar el sol.

El primer piso incluye tres habitaciones (nuevas camas queen) y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal grande tiene cama king, baño privado actualizado (2018) y una extensión para dormir con una cama queen, literas y nido.

Amplia ducha al aire libre debajo de la cubierta trasera. Gran capacidad de almacenamiento para motos acuáticas, kayaks, tablas de surf y cañas de pescar.

Another wonderful vacation at 14 Dickinson Avenue. Such a lovely family beach home. We had warming fires in the living room fireplace and relaxing times in the hot tub. The location is great. Just steps to the beach and the bay is just across the street. Close to our favorites: Dewey Beer Company, Lupo Kitchen, Mama Maria’s, Half Full, and the Lighthouse Bar! Jen even has elevated dog dishes for our pup! We hope to return during warmer weather, but we do like the off-season vibe and no crowds.

It was my 25 year old daughter’s favorite place to stay. We have stayed at many different lodging options over the years. The central location, fireplace, and hot tub were also welcome amenities. The host allowed for an early check in and a late check out. Always popular. We would stay here again.

Property is in a great location. Problems are dirty dishes in the cupboards; we had to clean inside of one of the ovens before use, oven knob fell off, mouse poop in utensil drawer, dishwasher soap despiser door broken-missing, dish washer did not clean dishes, grill was extremely dirty cleaned as best we could. The carpets turned our socks and feet black. Door to master bedroom broken. Microwave was unplugged when we arrived, found the exhaust fan does not shut off. Dishes are cracked chipped. Old dirty rusted stained furniture on front deck. Back deck was great.

This place is the best! I booked it for my best friend’s bachelor party and his main goal was to go to the beach as much as possible and this house is feet away from the ocean. It’s also extremely close to great bars and restaurants.The actual house is so cool and perfect for a group of guys having a weekend away. It would also be a solid place for a family as well with plenty of sleeping space. The shower in the main bedroom is huge! And to make matters even more awesome, there’s a hot tub. I was in the house maybe 10 minutes before I suggested that we come back and stay again! Thank you Jen for all the check in information and for maintaining a dynamite property!

The house was in a great location and the bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms were small and worn down. There was a review I read in early July with issues noted and none of them have been addressed, except they did fix the dishwasher while we were there. There was a charge for them having a hot tub and a sign that said not to use it, I assume because of the scum in it. I do believe a refund for that should issued.The washer had wet clothes remaining in it. The closet was still broken in one of the rooms. The knob on the stove falls off and it was hard to turn the stove off. The temperature fluctuated the whole time we were there. It was 80 degrees the day we got there in the house. There is also no pressure in the outside shower. It did have a large open plan upstairs with many places to sit, which was great. Close to beach and stores.

Expected Better

Home pictured in ad not the home, but was an ocean view from the front deck. There was never a pic of the actual property. Most lights in master BR not working because one circuit breaker was tripped. Spouse had to find the box to make lamps operational. Toilet seat lid in hallway/sm bathroom brokenDish washer soap dispenser lid on door broken. East queen bedroom closet doors not operational, one off it’s track lending against water tank in closet. Could not use that closet. Many lights unplugged in great room. Tv wasn’t operational because cable box was found totally unplugged lying on the floor behind the entertainment cabinet. Spouse reconnected. Old coffee grounds still in coffee maker2 broken back patio chairsBroken kitchen chair near hot tub. Hot tub had scum and leaves in it. Note in kitchen says not to use the hot tub contrary to home description. Trash bin totally full/ over flowing plus lots of either trash bags by hot tub area for our Sat ck in. Trash was supposed to be valeted out the day before our arrival. Dryer lint filter overflowing. Microwave fan would suddenly turn on without being able to turn off unless microwave was unplugged. Cleaning ppl left used/wet cleaning materials on dryer. Outside grill not clean, but not gross either. On the plus side, great room was appointed well and furniture clean and comfortable with many recliners, but a chair at top of stairs had a broken leg. Front deck was nice, with good views. Back deck more private.

Lovely house at a great location!

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or to various restaurants. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The owner Jen was super helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful Week!

My wife and I enjoyed evening fires in the wood burning fireplace, morning moments (and a couple late nights!) in the hot tub, and walks on the beach. The location was incredible! Just a half block from the ocean pathway to the beach. The views of the sunrise and sunsets from the kitchen and dining area were beautiful! The grill on the back deck was new, as was the kitchen sink and live room couches & chairs. We had such a nice relaxing week. We hope to book another week later this year. Thank you!

The place was great. We needed somewhere open to host Christmas dinner for 20 people and family members meeting before our wedding. Excellent Location, Dated Home

The location is amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants so no driving needed. If you like to run there's a nice long uninterrupted path. It's also far enough from the corner and any of the noisier places so we slept well which was nice with little kids. The kitchen pantry was well stocked with seasonings and there was lots of room to store things we brought with us and all sit around the table. The rest of the house though was really subpar. When we pulled in the trash was absolutely overflowing onto the ground and animals had eaten through the various bags. While the owner sent someone to take care of it, it required multiple follow ups. Similarly, the outdoor shower had remnants of previous guests's bar soap and clearly had not been rinsed of any sand. The owner did send out someone to take the trash out of the shower but never rinsed it out for us. The entire house is shag carpeted. It's very dated and smells musty at best, like urine at worst (much time was spent on the ground with the baby). We kept finding items from previous renters in corners and it just never felt clean. The shower in the master bathroom has mold or mildew all over the ceiling and the tiles are breaking apart. Lots of scratch and bang marks all over the walls. The grill does not function properly - which is probably for the best since there are no long handle grill tools. We appreciated our time so close to the beach but will likely await updates to rent again.

Fun time at the beach

Kids loved the theme of the house, loved the setup. Host was communicative throughout the visit. No issues with any of the utilities at the house. Would love to return again next year if possible.

We are native Delawareans and love the beach and have been going all our life. We have three boys, ages 27, 22, and 19 amd love the ocean. Also a French Bulldog names Tupelo.

This place is fabulous for all - kids, adults, etc. with lots of open air restaurants and bars within walking distance. Jolly Trolley can take you into Rehoboth in season. The bay and ocean are beautiful.

Huge open kitchen/FR area that is wonderful for entertaining or hanging out. Awesome views to both ocean and bay. Super close to ocean...easy back and forth. Brand new queen bed in master and new full beds in the other rooms. Many restaurants walkable. During the summer, family friendly activities like movies on beach Mon nights, Volleyball Tues nights and bonfires Wed nights.
