Chaise lounges and two large patio tables encourage family and close friends to gather into the evening staying warm with portable heaters & natural gas chiminea. 3 generous sized bedrooms will have you sleeping like a baby~ Master includes king size bed, side tables, flat screen, sofa and chair, dresser, office/desk area, ceiling fans & walk in closet! Secondary bedroom includes queen size bed, side table, chair, dresser, ceiling fan & generous sized closet; adjacent to secondary bath. Third bedroom includes King bed and one Twin bed, flat screen, ceiling fan, side table & closet. Beautiful home on golf course

This is a beautiful, spacious home with great amenities including a side courtyard which is great for evening gatherings. The two car garage with plenty of room is a plus. Our family enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful Desert Home

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely home right on a golf course. 2 senior couples, we were looking for a short getaway, and this really filled the bill. The home itself is large, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the owners was pleasant and easy. The condo community is large but quiet. The club has a restaurant serving lunch, 3 nine-hole golf courses and very friendly pros. Tennis and pickle ball and swimming pool. Also many pools throughout the property. A perfectly lovely stay!

Very nice

The hostess was super helpful. It was greatly equipped with everything you could ever think about. The only problem we found was that it isn’t perfect for two couples. The one master bedroom is huge with the sitting area and walk in Closet . The other two bedrooms are not quite what we hoped for. One only has a queen bed, and the other one has no windows. Neither one has lights and tables for each side of the bed. That would be a help. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio. The TV screens were excellent. All in all we had a good time.

Country Club Paradise

We had a relaxing and memorable stay on Don Quixote in RLP. Our parents own a condo in the same complex, so many extended family members rented units to be nearby for meals and tennis fun. We started each morning drinking coffee on the back patio looking over the golf course through palm trees at the beautiful mountains. Then we played tennis on the freshly resurfaced courts, ate lunch in the clubhouse restaurant and headed over to the BNP Paribas tennis tournament in Indian Wells, which is only about 15 minutes away. Finally, we’d end each day with a swim in the pool before dining on the side patio where there is a giant round table that seats at least 11 people. This is a great rental!

Great, spacious condo in Rancho Las Palmas with a large side yard. Highly recommend!

This property is wonderful. Very large and spacious. Has two patios, including a large, private side yard. Well stocked with amenities and the owners were very communicative. Great family vacation spot.

This home is just as advertised! My husband and I spent a month here "wfh", and it was fabulous. The house is very well-equipped with everything you could need and there was never an issue with the wifi, even when my daughter visited and was also wfh. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had every gadget we could want, and the outdoor space was wonderful. Anne was extremely responsive with all communication. I hope we can go back!

Great community, excellent house

We’ve been to the area before and knew we wanted to have access to golf and tennis. The house itself is large and well- laid out. Very fully equipped in the kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the exterior spaces. My kids enjoyed the heated pools and we were happy with the quiet and sun-filled view of the 2nd fairway. Would stay here again!

Great property in Racho Las =Palmas community

A comfortable, clean and modern place with everything to enjoy a short or long stay. Plenty of room for a family, we did some remote schooling and working from here for an extended Thanksgiving break. RLP is a quiet community, even when most units are occupied and we generally had no problem finding an empty pool to use. The 20 or so units along western part of Don Quixote (where this property is located) are larger and better than the rest of the units in RLP. These are freestanding villas, while the others are all 4 condos per building, so this unit is highly recommended for more space and privacy. This unit also has really nice morning sun across the fairway and then a nice deck from mid morning onward from which to work (if you are going to be doing that). We always bring our own wireless network to add on, but the internet pipe into the house was large enough and stable enough for all 5 of us to work/school simultaneously. We have been staying in Palm Springs area for 15 years and generally rent a house, this was a nice change for the community amenities yet still felt like a private house, we definitely recommend this property. The owners are very easy to work with and left a nice supply of basics in the kitchen and around the house so the place is ready for move in.
