La casa está situada al otro lado de la piscina, en un callejón sin salida privado cerca del hoyo de golf 1S, desde el patio que da al norte. La casa tiene 4 camas queen y 1 king size. 4 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños más una sala de juegos de bonificación. cocina con servicios, mesa de patio al aire libre para 8 personas, con barbacoa y disposición de asientos al aire libre con chimenea. A month in paradise!

We can’t thank Gary enough for letting us stay in his wonderful condo! He was super easy to deal with and very accommodating when our flights were changed. There was more than enough room for all of us. Only a few steps away from what seemed like our own pool to a quick walk to the gym and golf course. Fully equipped home, with everything we needed and more! The location can’t be beat! We will definitely be back!

This is the place to stay!

Gary's Villa has it all. Hospitality, location,cleanliness, organized with every possible option anyone would require. We were impressed with how well this villa was appointed. With a welcoming bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival to early morning and evenings around the outdoor Firetable, we enjoyed living here for 6 weeks Gary was easy to contact if required. We loved our vacation here and will return.

Amazing stay in the desert!

What a fabulous trip! Garo the host was quick to respond to any questions but there were no issues with anything. He is kind and welcoming and I thank him and his family for sharing their space. The house is one of the largest floor plans in Rancho Las Palmas County Club. It’s beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out and my husband was able to work in the extra den. The location is perfect and it’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The porch outside is huge with an amazing view of the mountains. Coffee outside in the morning is a joy. The clubhouse is just steps away with work class tennis, pickleball courts and golf. The community is unbelievably friendly and welcoming. The Omni hotel is just down the road with a spa and restaurants. There are amazing grocery stores and restaurants in the area, incredible hiking and the beauty of the mountains all around you. Its steps away from a heated pool and spa. RLPCC is a very desirable place to rent and I highly recommend it.

Second time staying and would again!

We've stayed here twice in the past two years. We went back this year since we knew what to expect and were familiar with the house and area. It was nice to see the property listed again and Gary is very easy to work with. The house is clean and very spacious. The kitchen is fully packed and upgraded with a modern look. The living room is large with high ceilings and is able to fit a large party with the dining area as well. Our biggest plus is the fact there are multiple rooms with plenty of beds for everyone that was staying there. Would definitely stay again.

9 perfect days in the desert

Great property! Comfortable for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.property has everything needed. Owner was always available instantly to answer questions.. our group wanted the tennis channel. 1 hr later - we had the tennis channel available.....we would come back anytime.

The Best Home in RLP We’ve Stayed In

High-end unit in a great location

We have been staying at Rancho Las Palmas every December (and occasionally during spring-break in April) over the past 8 years. We have rented this unit for the first time this year (December 2017). The layout is great and the upgrades done make this unit a perfect spot for a comfortable family vacation. The library room provides "quiet space" for kids and adults to enjoy. The owner (Gary) is very attentive and has been in touch with us during the stay answering questions we had. The location is also a big plus. The unit only steps away from the tennis/golf complex that is connected to the hotel. We loved the pool across the street. It is rare to find a poll with good sun exposure in December but this one is well positioned. Kitchen and dining areas are well equipped. You may find cheaper spots (for a non renovated unit) but if you look for a higher-end unit, this one is a great choice.

Beautiful property

Thank you to Gary for sharing your property with us. We really enjoyed our stay. We do have a few suggestions that might help future renters. The beds which were very new and clean were very hard requiring purchase of a memory foam mattress to go on top. We would suggest advertising as a 2 1/2 bath, not a 3 bathroom as persons in the 3rd bedroom only have access to a toilet and sink unless they go through one of the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen could use a few more dishes such as dessert bowls. A couple of lounge chairs on the balcony would add to the comfort for 65+ folks. We would recommend this property to others, and kudos for Gary for all his assistance, however we found the cost very high in comparison to other units.

Great house for a girls trip!

Five ladies age 65+ stayed in this beautiful home with a nice view of the golf course during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. We enjoyed watching the tennis in the hot sun and of course wanted to continue watching it back at the home where it was so much cooler. We were very happy when Gary agreed to get us the tennis channel. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We chose this house because of the 5 beds so we all had our own bed! The location is great too. Thanks for a wonderful 6 nights in your beautiful home! Shirley

Beautiful house and location

Six of us had a wonderful stay in this house. We were really happy with the property. The house was spacious and luxurious, the location was beautiful, and Gary was very responsive to all of our questions. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed. The furniture, decor, and appliances are all modern. We made use of the game room as a fourth bedroom and appreciated having that flexibility. I went for a run in the mornings, we played tennis at the club a stone’s throw away, and having coffee in the morning while watching the golfers was very relaxing. And we found some nice restaurants just a 5 min. drive away. The welcome gift was also a nice touch. I highly recommend staying at this property.
