Private entrance, keyless entry, covered porch and fenced yard. This is not an entire house. It is two rooms plus bathroom. Entry room has a daybed, refrigerator, microwave, table, 2 chairs, coffee maker, tv. Main bedroom has a regular full bed, closet, night stand, chair and tv. Quiet community, 3.1 miles from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf's longest fishing pier.
Navarre has a sea turtle conservation center, marine sanctuary near shore reefs, kayak, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals, fishing charters, numerous restaurants. Navarre is conveniently between Destin and Pensacola. Twenty-three miles west of Destin, FL and twenty-five miles east of Pensacola, FL. Publix shopping center 0.9 miles. Laundromat 0.5 miles. Walmarts, Winn DIxie, Aldis nearby.
WARNING: For dog owners, there are grapes growing in the yard. Grapes are toxic to dogs.

Great place, close to everything. Quiet. Too hot for us northerners to enjoy the patio area! Appreciated the beach towels. Would stay there again and we let our local family know about it.

A Vrbo Gem -- Tranquil, Warm & Welcoming -- Our Fave!!

This was our third stay at this Navarre Vrbo, and we're already planning on booking our fourth. Pam is a wonderful host: thoughtful, friendly, and kind, and the property is charming, comfy-cozy, super clean, and serene. We love its beachy decor and star-gazing in the backyard.The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently located to anything you could possibly need to complement the provided amenities: e.g., dog-friendly beaches and restaurants, Publix, popular local attractions, etc. We are so grateful to Pam for her warm hospitality and for providing such a lovingly maintained Vrbo (our cherished home away from home). Excellent stay!!

Really great accommodation! Clean, comfortable, and many thoughtful touches. Loved the private entrance and courtyard. Close to Navarre Beach, lots of restaurants, shopping nearby. Host was very kind. Loved my stay, will definitely stay here again.

Just what I was looking for

My original plan was to stay alone but my son decided to come with me. I wanted a place that was near other people (not spring-breakers) yet separate and safe. The location was absolutely perfect! Easy to get to everything you could possibly want. Both of us loved our comfortable beds, super soft sheets and awesome pillows! The backyard was lovely as well. I would love to stay here again!

Great location and very clean

Everything about this stay was enjoyable. The private entrance was easily accessible to a fenced yard, inside was clean and much nicer than I expected. We weren't there other than to sleep, shower, and do a little work throughout the week. Location is close to the bridge, shopping, groceries, etc I would definitely book here again.

Beautiful Home

This was our first time coming to pensacola Beach.And it was a delightful trip. Navarre Beach was amazing to! We had a great time and Pam had a amazing setup!

Awesome place but not for pets

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our dogs and loved it at first. The place has everything we needed - a bed, bathroom, fridge, and microwave! We appreciated the decor and peacefulness of the neighborhood. However, we ran into a big problem the second day when we realized that the host is growing tons of grapes in the little fenced in back yard. Grapes are very poisonous to dogs and we were not aware they were there since there was no sign or anything about that on the listing. For pet friendly places, we never thought there would be grapes being grown and not have been told this even though we said we were bringing dogs. We realized our dogs had been eating some of the ones around the grass and were worried we would have to take them to the emergency pet clinic. When we messaged the host, she responded many hours later and simply said “they are grapes.” The lack of responsiveness and lack of communication with the host was something to be aware of. We would not recommend this place if you’re bringing pets as we still are afraid one of our furry friends may be ill. However, it was a nice little place besides that and the host not communicating very well with us.

Awesome experience!

Over all awesome experience. Check in was easy and place was very quite and private and also very clean. If you are looking for a plce just to lay your head to rest just to get up and get back at it this is the place for you. But i will warn you about the corner of the foot board of the bed is rough on the shins and the bed is extra bouncy. If you like water beds without the water this bed is for you. Also the tv is not a smart tv but has standard cable. So if you like streaming services to watch like i do then i recommend bringing a roku to hook up to the tv. All and all was just the right place to stay for the price and what we needed considering we stayed gone most the time anyways. Would definitely stay again.
