Relax on a beautiful lake after enjoying your day at the beach. We have outdoor dining available, a gas grill and a fully equipped kitchen, single serve and pot coffee maker, beach towels, beach chairs, smart television sets and wifi. We are following strict cleaning guidelines to ensure a safe stay. This vacation spot is located between Navarre Beach, 15 minutes away, and Pensacola Beach, about 20 minutes away. This is a great location with amazing value. Pack a bag and get away today!

If you want quiet, peace, and comfort this is the place to be. All the amenities are here, even a slow cooker. Had to drag my husband out of the backyard when it was time to leave.

The house was adorable, and had a homey feel. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Everyone was super friendly. The pond out back with the beautiful ducks, was just a plus. The children really enjoyed it.

Better than described

We were in town for a family wedding and Lake Here, Beach Near was the perfect accommodation. Very close to Bayfront Lodge and all the attraction Gulf Breeze and Navarre have to offer. The house and neighborhood was quiet, well kept, and comfortable

Snowbird getaway

This place is very nice and comfortable. Has anything you need for indoor or outdoors. Kathy was so nice and friendly and easy to work with. We’re coming back next year.

Lake House

Quiet neighborhood, close to Navarre Beach and Pensacola. East Bay has a long paved sidewalk/trail suitable for walking or biking. Plenty of golf courses around. The house provided plenty of extras, and HBO. Wi-Fi is strong. This was a return visit. Kathy the owner was very responsive to any messages. We may be returning. :)

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here with our young adult children. It was a quick pit stop to visit family who live in the area while we were on way to our final vacation destination. The house was exactly as appeared in the listing. The lawn was a little overgrown when we first arrived but the grounds crew came while we were there and had it cut and cleaned up in no time. From talking with the locals I believe rainy weather had prevented routine mowing. I loved having beach towels provided, it kept me from having to unpack ours and then wash, dry, and repack for the next stop of our trip. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.

February stay 2023

First timers in this area and it met all our expectations. We brought our bicycles and golf clubs, got a lot of use out of both. Grocery shopping and restaurants were close enough. A quiet neighborhood which was very walkable. We're looking forward to a return stay in 2024.

Just do it

The rental process is simple, the property looks just like its pictures. It is pretty central to everything that we wanted to do. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels. Everything you need for a great beach vacation!

Nicely Priced, Perfectly Located

Definitely one of the better condos we have rented while in the panhandle. This unit worked out perfectly with proximity to Navarre Beach and our job site in Milton. The pond and wildlife were loved as well. The kitchen is well stocked. Could use a couple of things for the more intense cook, but very good overall. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

This property is in a great location and has been newly renovated. It is on the lake and local ducks visit the backyard. You can fish right from the bank. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. There are great biking/walking paths that connect to the Hwy 399 bike trail. It is a nice place to relax and enjoy time with the family.
