Note : The port of Bourgenay is preparing to host new bars and restaurants in June. Development work is therefore currently under way and can be seen from some harbour-side housing.
The Port ResidenceBourgenay-maeva Home is located in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, Vendée, just 9 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne.
It is a real estate of 90 hectares surrounded by a pine forest and giving directly on a lake. The pedestrian residence is divided into five neighborhoods and offers shops where you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
You can reach the ocean by foot or by bike through the pine forest, the Talmondaise (shuttle) can also drop you off at the beach of the Veillon, located 2.5 km away, where you can enjoy many activities. The residence also has 3 swimming pools and an aquatic area with slide.
