Contemporary villa of 200m2 on 800m2 of garden that can accommodate 10 people, quiet, ideally located 800m from the beach and close to the city center (road/cycle path/path).<br><br>It consists of: <br>A large entrance and a storeroom.<br>A spacious living area (75 m2) with fitted kitchen open to the living room. <br>A large corridor leading to three spacious bedrooms including a master suite with shower room (180 x 200 bed). <br>The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, a separate toilet and have large storage space. <br>All bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the swimming pool (4mx8mx1.5m) which is heated from June to September.<br><br>The first floor is accessible for people with reduced mobility.<br><br>Upstairs, the mezzanine offers an overall view of the living room and leads to two large bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. <br><br>The exterior consists of an enclosed garden and a large partially covered wooden terrace, facing south. Out of sight it gives you access to the summer kitchen with worktop, gas plancha, sink and small fridge under the worktop. <br><br>A second small terrace facing east will allow you to enjoy the sun all morning. <br><br>Direct access to the bike path.<br>No vis-à-vis.<br>Possibility to park 1 or 2 cars on the grounds.
