A single family home dba KICK BACK CORRAL is a mini resort type property with many wonderful amenities; open floor plan, TVs through out, loaded kitchen, WIFI, piano, large dining table seating 8-10, game/dining table seating 4-6, large pillow filled couch, 2 relaxing tub chairs in master, full length mirrors in each bedroom, many DVDs & CDs, blue ray player, board games, jigsaw puzzles, gazebo w/ hot tub, large patio with BBQ, fridge, pool table and ping pong. Horseshoes, Bocce ball, firepit, cornhole, tire swing, 2 person swing, adult swings.
The space
For your horses, there is a 4 stall mare motel each 16' x 16', a separate concrete wash rack, and a 65' x 150' arena. The arena and stalls have fresh sand. There are 2 gates for RV access to the 5 hook ups with water and power. Property is over 1 acre. $20.00/ night/ horse. You pickup the manure please. There are water troughs in each stall and the arena. $25.00/night/ hookup plus $25.00/night/person. $100/pet/night for no pet violation.
Guest access
Bocce ball, pool table, ping pong, hot tub, horseshoes, bbq, wifi. Please keep bird netting at gazebo and patio closed when not in use.
Other things to note
2 extra wide gates on street for RV access have padlocks. We will give you the code upon arrival.

we are happy to have guests stay and enjoy what we have created. please use all of our amenities and enjoy the area. if you have horses, please bring them too. our neighbors are fantastic and everyone waves as they pass by. we are looking forward to retiring here.

we bought this property for our retirement home and have added the horse shoe pits, bocce ball, gazebo, artificial turf, pool table, and ping pong table. and for your horses, a new mare motel (horse shade) with 4ea 16' x 16' stalls, a wash rack and fresh sand in the arena and stalls, and fresh gravel on the entire property to prevent dirt from entering the home..
