Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Reminders About the Property

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

Great place, will stay here again next time we are in the area! The house was even better than pictures showed. Everything was clean and has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, living room/ kitchen layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor patio was our favorite place to hang out! Perfect place to have evening fire pit or morning coffee with a great view of the lake and mountains. Paddle boat was a fun bonus.The hosts were great, quick response to any questions before, during and after our stay! Check in to the house and departure was easy.

What a wonderful property in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. My favorite place was sitting outside listening to birds and looking out of the water. Inside, this house has great style and lots of places to spread out and have family fun. I loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen. There are numerous games stored in one closet to play. Comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed the paddle boat. We had such a sweet stay at this property. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this “streams in the desert” property at Arrowhead lakes area.

The day of check-in right before we were boarding our plane I was required to pay for a damage waiver. I felt like this should have been done when I reserved the property. I was told I needed to complete an online ID check, but was never told where to do this. When I asked, all they sent me was a link that only gave me options for a late check-out. The pool was cold, so we did not use it. Also, we wanted to sit on the patio, but there was no propane in the grill or the fire pit. We had to buy our own toilet paper, kleenex, and a roll of paper towels. We had six people staying for four nights and were given two and a half rolls of toilet paper, no kleenex, and a half used roll of paper towels. When I reached out for more, I was told that the cleaner said there is more in storage. No information on where storage was or how to access it. The drain in the master shower wouldn't drain and neither would the sink in the main bathroom. The property is listed as four bedrooms, but in actuality it is only three bedrooms. They claim the trundle bed in another room, but they don't have extra pillows or comforter for it. The only thing we found was a sheet in another closet. We needed to dump the trash and there was only one bag! This property is pretty, but I would not recommend it. The lack of amenities was more stressful than it was worth!
