Beautiful & Relaxing Vacation Home with all amenities

Our home has 4 spacious bedrooms, with the upstairs loft with a twin over full bunk bed and full bathroom counted as the 4th. The loft also has a desk with chair. There is an office with a queen size pull out on the 1st floor, if more sleeping accommodations are needed or travelers need sleeping arrangements where stairs are not required for access.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a vast array of cookware, small appliances and utensils needed to cook your own gourmet meals.

The home is located within the Peninsula Golf & Country Club. The community has 3 pools including a wave pool, adult pool and an indoor pool. There is a gym and a spa along with a private beach area. There are nature trails and plenty of paths for walks and bike rides. There are three playground areas for kids and a nature center.

There is an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and you can rent kayaks to use in the water.

The gym, pool, and kayak rentals can only be used if an amenity pass is purchased which can be done at Lakeside Village and paid for directly. The amenity pass is not included in the rental rates.

PLEASE NOTE EFFECTIVE IN THE 2022 RENTAL SEASON - Renters are not allowed to use the amenities on Saturdays. All other days of the week are accessible to renters.

The outdoor pools are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year, but the other amenities are available year round.

***LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL***

However, we can provide sheets, duvets, bath towels and kitchen towels for a fee of $275 per rental.

Lovely, clean and well maintained vacation home in very nice community. We enjoyed the pools, mini golf, nature trails, pickleball courts, and the beach/pier area. The guys played golf at a nearby course. We all went to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk for shopping and Play Land for the kiddos. Host was super helpful and accommodating. This was our first time going to DE beach area as we have always been a Jersey shore renter but this is a house we would go back to in a heartbeat! Thanks Starr and Nagesh!!

My stay here was amazing. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for me and my family. Starr the host always responded in a timely manner and was very accommodating. It felt like a home away from home. The house was very clean, well maintained with plenty of amenities.

This was a last minute booking for my family because my daughter's softball team made it to play in the little league World Series. It was only 30 minutes from the field and a little over 30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach. It is a beautiful home, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. Great neighborhood to ride the bikes that were there to use. The pools were incredible and never too busy. There were always plenty of chairs available. I told my husband that I want to go back every year!

Great Family Getaway vacation

Can’t say enough about this home and Host! We had a wonderfully, relaxing stay with everything we needed. Love the location and space this home provides! Morning coffee and late day relaxing on the porch was everyone’s favorite! Starr is an amazing Host. Can't wait to come back next year!

Wonderful experience

This vacation home is lovely and has a very well-stocked kitchen. The third floor loft area is perfect for kids. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. Starr was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to emails, etc. We had the perfect week here.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

The house was awesome!!! Our hosts could not have been better. Truly thank-you both for all your help. Our house had everything and plus things I didn't think of but when I got there was very useful. Extremely clean...a ton of space for everyone. I enjoyed hanging out in the front living room, it just had a very cozy feel plus you overlooked the front screened in porch and seriously the porch swing just literally rocks you to sleep. The master bedroom was huge along with the master bathroom. Our guests enjoyed their rooms as well. There is a huge loft area for kids which we didn't use but if you have kids they have a floor of their own to watch TV, sleep and their own bathroom. The kitchen if you love coffee had every way to make a delicious cup of coffee. The area is beautiful and peaceful and so much to do plus you feel extremely safe in the community as well. There is two kid pools, an adult pool and spa with a pool, tennis and mini golf. Play parks for the kids. If you love golf they have a golf course BUT the one problem with golf is you most likely have to golf in the afternoon because of league play and events. Plus since your not a member you can't book until 6 days in advance which was a problem for us so we only golfed once there and booked at Baywood and Plantantion. If you want a great house to stay at this is the one!!

Perfect family vacation

This was a perfect change from our usual OCNJ vacation. Plenty of space for myself, two boys (12&16) and dad to spread out in the house….loved watching the rain and storms from screened in front porch. Kitchen was well equipped. Community had lots of amenities, with the rain didn’t get to spend as much time at them as we wanted but pools, mini golf, Bay Area, fishing pond, biking, game room etc were perfect for days in at the community. House location was easy ride to Lewes, Rehobeth, Bethany and Dewey - all great towns that we enjoyed. Found great restaurants and grocery stores/bagel shop/convenience stores/coffee all nearby. Communication with owner was great - answered all my questions promptly. Had A/C issue first day that owner provided advance notice of and got quickly resolved. Would definitely stay again. Great place for families with kids of all ages - even extended families. Thanks!

Space for Everyone!

This is a beautiful, clean home with all the comforts of home. There are multiple living spaces making it an ideal location for a multi-family getaway. The kids have their spaces and the grown-ups can hang in a space free of Sponge Bob and video games. The owner exhibited excellent communication skills. When we discovered there was no coffee grinder and asked about it, she immediately ordered one and had it sent to the property. The community amenities were great, and we really enjoyed riding on the beautiful, paved bike paths. Overall, highly recommend this property!

Plantation Country Club home

The home is in the Veranda neighborhood of the country club. It's beautifully decorated and equipped. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed all the amenities at Plantation including golf, wave pool, mini golf, tennis, adult pool, basketball and game room.

Perfect Stay

Starr was absolutely wonderful! We made a very last minute decision to get away the day after Christmas and Starr responded on Christmas Day to make arrangements for us to stay the next day. The house was lovely and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The fitness center and the clubhouse were also great. Definitely would like to stay here again. We had a wonderful time.

Family loved it!

Traveled with 7 family members, 6 adults, (2 couples and 2 singles) and 2 dogs. Our ages range from 55 to 72. The house was more then big enough to accommodate all of us very comfortably. There are plenty of spaces (Kitchen, LR, FR, front porch and loft) we could all gather as a group, which is very important for us, but there is also enough room to keep to yourself when needed, as 2 in my group needed to get some work done, this is where the office came in very handy. The Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms (and loft) are a perfect size and cozy, beds are very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed our stay and to a person had nothing but good things to say about this rental, we all plan to rent this property and do it again next year.

Thank you so much for making your home available. We loved our time together and couldn’t have been more pleased with the condition and comforts of your home. Your place is beautifully decorated and beautifully furnished – everything was clean and well stocked. My wife especially appreciated the well furnished kitchen. So often when we vacation she misses her quality utensils, french press, favorite pan or favorite knife. Not the case on this trip as you had it all!!

Paradise at the Peninsula

Starr is an amazing host and her property reflects how much she wants you to enjoy your stay. The house is beautifully decorated and welcoming. You immediately feel at home and everything you need is provided so you can enjoy your vacation. Rooms are spacious yet cozy and are separate enough that everyone can have their own space, but also allows for groups to gather in the common areas. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with beautiful linens. The bathroom was spacious with plentiful soft towels. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in front porch in the evenings. Starr was a great communicator and really helped us optimize our stay. We will be back!!

A clean spacious comfortable vacation home in a quiet location close to the beach and restaurants.

The entire experience was like your relative stepped out of their home and let you have it for a few days with EVERYTHING in it. Beautiful decor, top of the line kitchen supplies, bikes, toys, beach towels and a lot more. The location was excellent. Our kids had a blast. We will definitely be back soon.

Most Gorgeous, spacious home, high end appliances, bedding, etc. Great location and amenities ice!

This was the best trip my family has ever had. The pictures of this home are great but don't do it justice. It is PERFECT! Communication with the owner was phenomenal. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with dishes, high end appliances and cookware. The front porch was so relaxing. Quiet area, bikes in the garage, extra frig. too! Starr really knows what she is doing, even though she is new to this. I cannot recommend this house more. You will not be disappointed at all. There were 11 of us, and we were never on top of each other. Very clever and smart set up/layout for a house that size. I give it a 15 on a scale of 1-10!!!!!!!! You can be absolutely confident that this is the house to rent!
