Penthouse 3rd floor with amenities galore in resort-like property overlooking the lake and marina. Dining table seats 6; kitchen island seats 4. King bed in master BR, 2 queens in 2nd BR, pull out queen in tv room, sleeps 8 comfortably. Lovely quartz kitchen island allows one to prepare meals & visit with friends while watching boats come and go in the marina below. The private balcony with a southern view allows one to enjoy both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Large screen tv in living area and tvs in each BR. Balcony overlooks stunning pool, hot tub & covered grill area as well as furnished fire pit. Other amenities include 2nd-floor fitness room, elevator, laundry space within the unit, large gated grassy area for children. Fantastic lake views out both living area and master BR.

Hike or take your mountain bike to enjoy time on the trailhead located nearby.

Attractions include boat or pwc rental through Naylor by the Water at http://www.naylorbythewater.com/
just a short walk from the condo.

Very nice room and we had a good time. Very close to a couple restaurants, which was nice. Only difficulty was finding it on the first day. The pool and hot tub were not heated so we cannot use them while we were there.

Ideal for our needs!

Several families from our baseball team stayed in this condo complex while we were there to play at Rocker B Ranch. It was perfect! Close to Rocker B, the condo was just what we needed, and the pool area was great for the kids.One of the best perks was being so close to Hemingway's! We loved being able to walk there in the evenings - great food and live music! Wondrful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Lake Condo

Beautiful condo overlooking the lake. We came with my sister and her husband to watch our grandkids play ball at Rocker B. It’s the perfect spot! Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with fully stocked kitchen. We loved sitting on the patio to drink our morning coffee and at night with a glass of wine listening to the music from Hemingways restaurant just a short 2 minute walk from condo. The owners were very quick to respond to any of our questions. We would highly recommend The only thing missing was soap in the showers, so just remember to pack some.

Perfect spot at PK

My family stayed here along with several other families on property from our baseball team for a weekend tournament at nearby Rocker B Ranch. This condo was exactly as described, and the owners were very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions or communications. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in this price range. We will be back for sure!

Great PK condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo at Harborview @ PK. Location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk down to the docks. Unit was impeccable. Property management was great—very communicative and easy to get in touch with! We appreciated all the well-stocked amenities they had at the condo as well—no need to go to the store to restock on essentials like we have had to do with other rentals. Pool is great but FYI there is no shade cover until the evening. All in all, this was an excellent property and we would definitely rent it again!

Nice place and good communication

Nice place great location and clean. Had a couple of issues upfront such as not able to get in until 5pm due to cleaning crew still there until after 5 and no garbage bags. But Chris communicated well regarding these issues. A water main broke and we were without water for a large chuck on Saturday so that was more than a minor inconvenience. Nothing the owner could control but an offer for water bottles, coffee or other accommodations would have been helpful. We could not cook, shower, flush toilets and we had to share a water bottle we had on hand to brush our teeth etc.

Gorgeous views & perfect location

This condo was absolutely amazing. The views, the location, and the area were so nice. Condo well maintained and had majority of what you needed. The pool and outside grill at the pool came in handy. For us, the location was great for our boat and the lake was absolutely beautiful. You have 2 restaurants on walking distance and they did not disappoint. Hemmingways is very busy on the weekends… just a heads up. The owner kept such great communication the entire time and that is a first for me. We are already looking at more dates to rebook this condo.

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for a short getaway, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. It is on the 3rd floor, but the elevator makes it easy to bring luggage and groceries up. We cooked breakfast everyday while we were there, and the kitchen had everything we could need. We also walked to down Hemingway’s and Pie House for meals. These restaurants are phenomenal, and it was nice to be close enough to walk to them. The marina is also just steps away. The owner sent check-in information on our arrival day, and it was a very easy process. We also appreciated that the owner sent the Wi-Fi password and all codes needed to access condo, fitness center, pool, etc. We highly recommend booking with this owner and condo!

This was our second time at this property and it was just as fabulous as the first. Great condo with terrific amenities and right in the lake. Convenient location to the marina for boat rental, hike trails, Hemingway’s restaurant and the Trading Post. Highly recommend it!!!

We’ll be back! It was the perfect weekend getaway!

It was a quiet weekend. The property was clean, quiet, easy to access and exactly as described. We rented a boat at the marina next door, did some cliff jumping and finished the day with pizza at Hemmingways. Literally perfect!

Fun Time!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet during the week; the weekend not so much. Other renters overlooked pool time rules and were loud until the wee hours of the morning. This was disruptive since the condo is directly above the pool. Not the fault of our condo owners...just the way when renting a multi-unit. The condo was clean, everything was as advertised and was centrally located to everything! Could have used more bath towels. There were 5 and having a teenage girl...well we just washed. Will definitely rent again!!!

Harborview at PK Lake Rocks!!!

This was an amazing condo and situated perfectly on the water at PK Lake. It was clean and the amenities were terrific. There were nearby restaurants that had delicious menus and high quality service. The hike and bike trails were also nearby. Be sure to also charter a boat and captain with Dylan of Bouy Boyz. He will supply the water toys and accommodate your every request. All around amazing trip!!!

Spacious modern and functional lake condo

We had an excellent trip and were able to see 4th of July fireworks from our balcony, enjoy a restaurant within walking distance and easy access to a boat ramp for launching and retrieving our boat. Boat trailer parking needs arranged ahead of time with Patterson PK Marina.
