Good view, very clean accommodations. Owners very prompt with response to questions. Walking distance from Hemmingway’s which has excellent food. Just an excellent trip all together. 15 minutes from golf course.

Always Great!

Always clean. We had one little issue after check in and the owners immediately had the problem resolved (on a holiday weekend). The beds were comfortable! Check in and check out was smooth! Would definitely rent again!

Weekend getaway

We stayed for the weekend because my youngest had a baseball tournament. It was a beautiful condo. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to restaurant.

Convenient access

Great condos near hemmingway and boat ramps. Convenient boat slip availability. Not many opportunities like this on the lake.

Lake Condo with a Spectacular View

Beautiful condo with an incredible Harbourview of PK. Gorgeous but comfy furnishings with all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway. Access to the boat slip made bringing our boat effortless. Well done!

First we enjoyed our weekend and the property is beautiful.2 notes- on the app during check out procedure, it indicated to load the dishwasher. On the refrigerator, it had a second sheet of instructions which indicated to wash and put dishes up. Contradiction of instructions. We travel every 6 weeks and stay at a lot of different places. We have found it normal to strip beds and start dishwasher. We have never been asked to stay long enough to start dishwasher and put away dishes. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is supposed to cover? We did as we were asked but I suggest either changing your app to include putting dishes away or changing the message inside the condo. 2 - the front toilet "hung up" a couple of times and we had to jiggle handle to stop it from running constantly so you might want to have it worked on so you don't end up with huge water bill

Great Stay but Need Pantry Access

Pros: Great property with nice patio, pool, hot tub, grill and boat slip nearby. Three excellent TV's with many streaming apps. Ceiling fans and A/C were great! Very thoughtful that the owners furnished a cart to wheel your groceries and other items from the car to the condo! Elevator was centrally located and worked well! All appliances were modern and worked perfectly! Cons: The pantry was locked for owner access only, so we had food storage issues and we only had food for 4 nights. A longer stay would have been an even greater problem. We ran out of Kleenex the first day (the box had only 3 tissues) and we had to use tp for kleenex. Could use some better towels in the master bath. But, in spite of these inconveniences it was a very nice and comfortable condo with all the needed amenities. We would definitely recommend.

The place was beautiful inside with great scenery! The overall vibe is super cozy and roomy. Great for a family stay. Fishing close by, resturants in walking distance, and close to rocker b. Easy check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous condo!

The condo was spotless and very comfortable for two families. It was also great to have a combination of on-site pool and lake within a few feet to get to my boat. We had an awesome vacation and will be back!

Beautiful Place but Some Issues

The condo itself was great! Newly remodeled, beautiful rooms, wonderful view and easy access to lake and pool. The registration process went smoothly and the host was quick to respond to questions and adjustments. Unfortunately we had some issues with check in. We arrived at the allowed check in time and used code provided but once we entered the room we found other peoples things fully unpacked in our room. After getting ahold of host, it turns out they were given our code/room number by mistake. We had to wait for them to fully pack up and move to their actual room. We understand mistakes happen but this whole process took 2-3 hours. Throughout the stay we noticed that the room was under stocked. Coffee pods were not provided even though the details say they will be. Only one roll of paper towels and two dishwasher pods provided. The in room dryer did not work and I had to carry our wet clothes downstairs to the community dryer. Even with all these hiccups we had a great trip and would return to the condo. We would just be more prepared.
