Ask about winter specials for Healthcare travelers!

You're renting an entire house that has been nicely remodeled and has granite countertops and a walk in tiled shower. You're a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown. Everything in the house was brand new in 2021 including hybrid mattresses on every bed, all new furniture, linens, towels, rugs, dishes and cookware. It is set up for a simple cookout or a full on holiday meal with an extremely well stocked kitchen. In the summer it will be stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach including towels, chairs, beach toys and floaties and even a wagon to haul them in. You can't go wrong staying here! Just bring your clothes!

Two upstairs bedrooms with a king and full bed. Two downstairs with a built in queen and four bunk beds. Bathroom on each floor.

Sharp house, very clean. Much bigger inside than it looks. Kitchen has all you could need. Nice bathrooms & bedrooms. Our 4 year old enjoyed the games & basement play area. No yard but there is an easy walk to a small park for dog or kids.

Grand time in Grand Haven

The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay..stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and even beach equipment. The grill was very nice. The location was very walkable to downtown and convenient to the each as well as parks.

Return Visit - Great Property!

This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it! We had a group of 6, and had tons of space. The hosts have thought of all of the little details (e.g., lots of outlets, phone chargers, K-cups, wine glasses, beach toys) to make the stay extra special. The home is very clean, and the porch is great! Will definitely return.

Charm Galore!

This home is beautiful and charming. It’s very functional with lots of character. The beds were comfortable with Lovely cotton bedding and lots of pillows. The bathrooms are large, with wonderful showers. We didn’t need/use the tub but I imagine kids would love it. Loved the open kitchen - it had everything we needed. The location is in walking distance to fun shopping, restaurants and beautiful walks along the river and harbour. Melinda is an excellent host, quick to answer any question. We will definitely return. So glad to find such a wonderful dog- friendly home.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with great amenities and close proximity to many restaurants and shops in Grand Haven. We had our labrador with us so we enjoyed nearby park as well. The home was very clean and full of nice upgrades. We can’t wait to come back!

Another great stay!

We are repeat guests at this property, and it always feels like home to us! Close to everything, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Everything you could need for a weekend getaway. Host is very responsive and always there to help or answer questions. Thanks again and we'll be back!

Fabulous Home

We have been staying in Grand Haven for 20 years! Our family loved this home, first time ever we felt like we were home. The owner has thought of everything! The house is beautifully designed, well stocked (kids were thrilled with all the beach toys) as far as kitchen needs, beach equipment. One doesn’t have to bring a thing except a swimsuit and some groceries. Can’t wait to come back!!! Communication with owner was impressive! She’s really on top of things.

Nice day at Melinda‘s place was excellent. There is a problem she responds right away. The house itself is very clean and also up to date. My family and I are going there again next year. Nice place

Really nice updated designs of all rooms throughout. Great location to restaurants, beach and shops. Only point was the noise and traffic on Jackson during certain times.

Everything you need and then some

Spacious house, clean, plenty of surface to store items, hang items, set items down. Well stocked kitchen, no need to run out and buy anything- everything you need is there. It was a quick trip, traveling with children and dog, and we had a very nice stay.

Family weekend

This is a very nicely renovated older home In a residential neighborhood. The owner's attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. The pantry was stocked with spices and cooking oil. The showers were stocked with shampoo and body wash. The beds were comfortable And the beach gear was ample. The only surprise was the downstairs bed which was higher thanexpected with 2 steps to get up to it. Find for younger folks. A bit challenging for those over 65. We would definitely return.

Fall Golf Trip

Very nice home and well located for our choice of golf courses and local restaurants. Accommodations were well suited for the group. Lines/towels and sundry items were perfect for our short stay. Check in/out very easy.
