Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!
The space
3 bedrooms (king-2nd floor, queen-main floor with twin pull out loveseat, full over full bunk bed w/twin trundle 2nd-floor). 2 full bathrooms. Main floor bathroom has single stall shower and upstairs bath has tub with shower. High ceiling in living area with adjoining dining area with pub height table and kitchen bar area that's open to kitchen. Large deck out the slider in dining area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and mud area. Pets are welcome!

The home was super clean, stocked with all the amenities you could ever need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The beautiful, wooded area was perfect for a quiet stay with family while still being close to everything Holland has to offer. The hosts are so friendly and it really felt like a home away from home.

We had a great weekend here! The whole house is set up to be comfortable and have everything you need plus some. Diane was very communicative and a pleasure to speak with. This is the first place we have stayed that my dad didn't complain he was cold! The beds were also very comfortable. The snacks that were left for us were greatly appreciated, especially being very hungry when we got there the first night! The fenced in yard was amazing for our dogs and we appreciated the water bowls and even a leash. We would love to stay here again, especially during the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful backyard and deck!!

Wooded hideaway with a coastline feel

This charming home had every amenity one could need for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and clean. The owners were helpful with tips and information to give us opportunities to make the most of our stay. We highly recommend this venue.

Great house with everything you need!

We had an amazing stay despite severe weather with power outages. The hosts were great with communication and flexibility through a difficult storm. The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need for a vacation.

Family trip

We decided to take our parents on a one day trip to Holland/Grand Haven for their 45 year wedding anniversary. We had an 11 year old and a 1 year old, us and our parents. The house was beautiful with all the modern accessories you would expect. The property is in a wooded area and the back yard/deck was great! Loved staying here and we will look to book again for future stays!

What a wonderful house! It was the most well-stocked rental we've ever stayed in. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The house was immaculate and looked just like the pictures. It was open, bright and airy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the deck and our dog enjoyed the back yard. It is close to town, but felt a million miles away from it all. I'd highly recommend this property!

Graduation Weekend

Our daughter graduated from Hope College. We spent a few days in Holland away from the craziness and traffic of Tulip Time. This home is warm and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. A quiet setting with comfortable beds and enough room for 5 of us to stretch out. I loved watching the birds at the bird feeders! We are looking forward to another stay (with better weather!)

From the moment we booked, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hosts were extremely helpful in getting us in esrly to get ready for our sons wedding. Their home is located close to everything you want. Completely stocked like home. This is a 2-ply toilet paper kind of place. The host has put thought into providing amenities and has everything well organized. We were easily able to find anything we needed. We had brought our own coffee, but were surprised they provided beans and a grinder. There was an air fryer too. The kid room with the bunk was fun for our little ones. The fan in the kid room keeps it cool and the unit in the upstairs master does a good job of keeping that room cool too. We were able to enjoy the back deck without many bugs at all. The host is really responsive and went out of their way to help us check in early. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The house was really nice. The owners go above and beyond to stock the home with thoughtful touches. You can tell the owners care about what people may want and need. This was a perfect place to stay, very nice, very clean. House is tucked away in a little space that feels like you are in the country, but yet it is just right outside of town. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful property

We really had an amazing time and the house was beautiful. The beds were great the showers all worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. Would definitely recommend this home to friends. Thank you so much 😊
