Cozy main house plus a separate one bedroom apart men t. Plenty of room with an open layout. Only 8 minutes from the bayfront and downtown Corpus Christi. Centrally located to everything. Very comfortable.

Not good at all

The house had a gas leak that she knew about for two weeks the house wasn't cleaned and hadn't been in a while and there was bugs and roaches and lizards in the house and bungalow and there is holes in the wall in the bungalow and the floor by the door in the bungalow is rotten and there's a for sale sign out in the front yard my family got sick from the gas leak and couldn't use the stove for 2 days because of the gas leak only got 1 night money returned but we should have gotten a full refund and she doesn't communicate well when you call her or text her about all the problems and the house or bungalow hasn't been cleaned in a good while and the kitchen counter smells like raw meat and dirty and we cleaned up and swept the floors before we left and the bathtub in the house had dirty and stuff coming back up in it while my brother was taking a shower and she was notified about all of this and she said it was ridiculous and still didn't give us a full refund and it crap because we go on vacation every year now that my mother has been cancer free and it was a bad experience in I want to sleep with bugs I would have rented a cheap hotel instead of paying the price we paid for the house it's not worth what she charged and there's other reviews of roaches to there's no washer and dryer to use the description of the house isn't even right as it's pictures showing on the I'll never stay there again and don't recommend anyone to.

Clean, well stocked, spacious, close to the bay, grocery store, parks, and overall comfortable, Check in/out times adequate. For the bad, water pressure was a bit low on in the restrooms, air conditioning was set too cold and pin locked, found a few bugs (dead), there was a strange chemical smell inside and outside the house. Would stay there again if staying in town for more than a couple of days.

The house itself is really cute, and for our group, it was nice to have the little apartment in the back. Unfortunately, the first morning, there was no hot water in the little apartment bathroom, so I'm not sure if it has a water heater. It was also kind of strange to pull up and see a "For Sale" sign in the front yard, and you can tell that the owners/managers hadn't cared for the lawn or cleaned the property in quite a while. There were dried dead roaches everywhere inside, and after dinner one night we saw a huge roach crawl out of the cabinets.

Nice Home!

Overall it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the home layout and space. It was nice and cool on the inside. The deck was spacious and clean. Cleanliness was alright. The bungalow needed to be cleaned a little bit more. I wished we have access to a washer and dryer. The location was okay. There's construction everywhere but that can't be helped by the host. We just felt bad for the locals! This was I first time renting a house for vacation it was really nice. Much better than a hotel.

Great property close to everything you need/want to do. Second time we have stayed here and neither time disappointed. Property is clean and host is quick to respond to questions/concerns. Neighborhood is quiet.

The place was GREAT! The main house was perfect for the kids and grandkids and the Bungalow was a perfect getaway for the parents! Will definitely book again. Host was fast to respond to all questions!

Corpus Get-Away for Wedding and Beach Play

Enjoyed our stay and the home was a great fit for our group. The only issue was the A/C struggled to keep up with the excessive heat duringvthe day or just that the home was older and less insulated than we are used to. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect home away from home

Everything was amazing! My family loved staying here. There was games for us to play as well! Loved that there was pamphlets to local things to do! This was the pefect getaway for my family! Cant wait to plan another visit!

Very nice house and very cleaned. We arrived a day early and the owners were very easy to work with. We will be staying here again. We felt at home in this house. It had everything we needed.

Perfect for our needs

My husband, myself, and our small dog stayed at this property while we moved my daughter into the university there. It was a very short distance to get back and forth to the school which was very nice. Very close to the scenic Ocean Drive which was awesome. Thank you to the owners for leaving some k-cups! We forgot to pack ours and my husband is a huge coffee drinker and really enjoyed the variety that was there. Thank you for letting us stay in your comfy home!

Great vaca house

Convenient location for us- in the middle between Padre National Seashore and Port Aransas. Quiet neighborhood, cute older home with some nice upgrades and plenty of room so everyone could have their own space. Host checked in with us after we had settled in to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Nicely stocked kitchen, and backup bathroom toiletries in the event you forgot something. There’s an HEB and CVS less than 5mins away for easy shopping. We enjoyed our stay!!!
