Esta casa de la ciudad frente al mar se encuentra en un gran canal con dos muelles disponibles. Disfruta de hermosas vistas del agua y pesca las luces subacuáticas desde la terraza trasera por la noche. El condominio está ubicado donde obtienes la sombra de la tarde y siempre hay una brisa constante y fresca. Hay un lanzamiento de barco justo bajando la calle desde el condominio. El condominio está ubicado a dos cuadras de la playa y cerca del parque acuático Schlitterbahn. El Canal Intracostero se encuentra a 5 minutos en bote por el sistema de canales. Hay una estación de limpieza de peces ubicada al lado de los muelles.

Este condominio de 2 pisos cuenta con una cocina, comedor abierto a la sala de estar, lavandería y medio baño ubicado en la planta baja. La cocina cuenta con 2 juegos completos de platos, utensilios para cocinar y comer y servicio / utensilios para hornear, así como cafetera y lavavajillas. Hay 2 dormitorios / 2 baños arriba. El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado y cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un sofá cama con nido y acceso al baño del pasillo. Tanto las habitaciones como la sala de estar tienen televisores de pantalla plana con acceso a internet por cable e inalámbrico.

La sala tiene vista al exterior donde hay una gran terraza con sillones, mesa y sillas, muelle de pesca con luz verde subacuática y deslizamiento de barco. Ven y disfruta del tiempo en la isla y relájate en la gran terraza con tu bebida favorita con vista al agua / canal.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked using the decks for fishing. Condo is decorated well and had a well stocked kitchen and pans for us to use. We cooked 3 dinners for us and family who came to visit. We assumed we would have use of the garage- no garage access. Which would be fine if we had known.

Really nice little townhome with boat dock

Nice clean place, with a great boat dock easy access to the ICW and anyplace you can go on the water. Good quiet neighborhood close to everything you could need.

Family fishing getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved having the small fishing dock and fish cleaning station right out the back door. Close proximity to Corpus, the Aquarium, and PINS. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back and will stay here again as our first choice!

A lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and located conveniently to the beach, the shops, and the restaurants. We enjoyed reading on the deck and watching seagulls flying around in the morning. My son went kayaking and fishing and had a lot of fun. The kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to cook a very nice Christmas dinner. In general, it was a very nice stay, and we loved everything. Thank you, Samanda.

Absolutely perfect!

The house was better than advertised. It was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. We had 2 couples staying there and had plenty of space and privacy. We had everything we needed and MORE. Communication was excellent. We were there for a Naval ceremony staying close to our son, so for us, the location was perfect. The deck is wonderful and even in August, we were able to enjoy being outside.

Fisherman’s condo!

Spent the Memorial Day weekend with 5 fishermen. Plenty of room for everyone. The place is clean and neat and has everything you need. 2 1/2 bathrooms meant access was easy for showering after a long day on the water. Boat slip right out the back door is so awesome! Launched on Friday and took the boat out on Monday!

Nice place on the canal on North Padre / Corpus Christi

Overall the place was good for our 6 day stay. 2 BR/2BA upstairs with a 1/2 BA downstairs. Nice deck, gas BBQ, table and chairs overlooking the water. Was able to fish a bit but only caught a few perch. Unit is newly renovated and pretty clean but the windows are fogged / weathered to the point of being nearly opaque. There are no screens on any of the windows or patio door so when it was nice outside and we left the patio door open, we got flies & fruit flies inside. Well appointed but there was quite a bit of stuff that was likely leftover from previous guests. Some was appreciated (like honey, sugar, & coffee filters) but others not so much. There were used toothbrushes and toothpaste in one of the medicine cabinets. One thing to point out is that there was virtually no storage for things we brought. We had brought a lot of stuff since we had 4 people, planned to cook often and fish. The garage was locked as was what seemed to be a closet downstairs. We had to leave some stuff in the car, some on the back patio (it rained), and the rest like empty coolers, boxes/ bags we'd used to carry stuff from home piled in the front entry at the base of the stairs.

Great condo with boat slip!

We stayed here during spring break and it could not have been more perfect. This condo was very clean and very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable and great linens throughout. Everything that you could possibly need during your stay was provided. This condo does have a boat slip that is really convenient. Don’t hesitate on booking this condo!! … and the hosts were extremely easy to get a hold of!!

Great stay!

My family had a great time at this property. It was comfortable and cool and in a great location. There is a grocery store right around the corner and white cap beach was only a few minutes away. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there were sound machines in both rooms which we used. We didn't get a chance to try the kayaks but my boys had fun catching small fish off the back dock.

Would Do It All Over Again!

Was everything we expected and more! We chose this rental due to the layout. We have 3 teens/young adults and having the 3 separate beds in 2nd bedroom was very convenient not to mention having 2.5 bathrooms. Spacious with plenty of room to unpack and feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. Abundant kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils. The patio/balcony area was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. We took advantage of the propane grill and made a delicious meal. The ambiance was everything and more I’d hoped it would’ve been. The canal was so peaceful and calm. Just chilled out with the sea gulls and cranes while watching the fishing jump. Comfortable beds, fans in each room, and the full size washer and dryer was a plus. Was able to communicate with owner very easily for a few questions we had and she was super pleasant! If you’re looking for a home-away-from home for your island getaway, this townhome does not disappoint. Would love to come back!!! 🌴😎

This by far was one of the best places I have stayed at with my family! We loved the neighborhood and peaceful environment. It was also close to the grocery store, a coffee shop, and even a few minutes away from the beach. I would highly recommend this place! 😍

Great vacation

This is our second time staying here and it is by fair our favorite. Property is very roomy. Everyone’s favorite spot is the back patio.

Nice place to call home while on vacation

Not a single complaint from our stay here. The house is minutes away from the beaches and good food is close by. The owners were easy to get ahold of if we were to need them and the neighbors were super kind and helpful. The kayaks were also a nice touch and there’s a playground down the block if you have smaller kids so they can burn some energy

Colin and Samanda both grew up near the Texas Gulf Coast and love the area. They reside in the Hill Country. They love to fish, go to the beach, get away from it all and relax. They have always dreamed of having a vacation home on the coast and have family near the area, which is why they decided to buy a townhome on Padre Island.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our family loves to fish so purchasing a townhome on the water with a boat dock was very important. We also love the proximity to the beach just a few blocks away, the park down the street, and the peacefulness of sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful views of the water.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are so many benefits of being located on a waterfront canal vs being just close to the beach. You can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, swimming, fishing off the dock during the day or at night with the underwater lights and even watching the boats pass by. Let's face it, it's nice to be in walking distance to the beach, but you're still going to drive and park so you can bring all your things. Our location is only a few blocks away from the beach and yet has so many more entertainment options.
