Hill’s Sierra Staycation is a new listing located right off the 90 bypass 5 minutes from Ft. Huachuca.
Our home caters to couples, contractors and families with an array of activities to keep everyone engaged. Whether sitting in the Hot Tub, reading, working on a puzzle, playing a game of pool or a game of Corn Hole in the backyard, there is always something for our guests to do during their stay here. The home’s interior is an eclectic mix of European influence from our travels and the furnishings are comfortable for everyone.
Sierra Staycation is located close to shopping, restaurants and with COVID affecting family vacations we feel that Sierra Vista has a lot to offer with our amazing hiking trails, preserves and vast wildlife.
For the security of our guests, this home has three outdoor security cameras. One at the entrance, one at the driveway, and one at the back right side which are turned off after guest check in.

Just right!!

We stayed at this property for 6 days and would definitely stay here again! The home is immaculate inside, beds are very comfy and it’s very quiet!! The home is well stocked with towels, cooking supplies and upon arrival there were a few items for light breakfast and a bottled waters to tie you over til you get settled in. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with everything you would ever need. Extremely comfortable. Great location.

Stayed three days was perfect for my wife and I. Shot pool, enjoyed the hot tub, very relaxing home. Plenty of space for more people. We will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving time with family

We loved this house. So cozy and plenty of room. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and had plenty of tools in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Amazing Property

Hill’s property was amazing and perfect for our family. We came in for my daughter’s Military graduation and this home was perfect! The home was clean, host made sure we had everything we needed and even left us a welcoming note! Definitely recommend Hill’s properties

Great house, super clean and comfortable.

The house was exactly as listed. The beds were amazing comfortable! The owners were so nice! They left us Birthday and Anniversary cards since we had mentioned our stay was for a celebration weekend. Great house, perfect location to shopping and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing accommodations!

We stay at many properties and we absolutely loved this one! The cleanliness and space available in the game room and throughout the home was spectacular! Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen was great and the snacks and fruit available were appreciated! In all areas a great choice and simply just very relaxing!!

Beautiful property, comfortable, quiet, A+ amenities. The host has thought of everything you could need in a home away from home. Theresa even stocked the fridge and pantry for us! This is the place if you are venturing to the Sierra Vista area.

Very comfortable!

Theresa is a great host! The house was perfect for our 3 day stay. The beds are super comfy and the house was great! Everything you could need was there. The house is in a central location to the Fort or Tombstone. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Theresa!

Best easiest trip ever!

Came down from Prescott, and found this cozy home beforehand! I want to say a huge thank you to Theresa for letting us stay here! So comfortable and so relaxing! The home is not only super clean but you feel like you are staying at a 10 star rating! Theresa really knows how to make a home a home! If you are going to Sierra Vista for any reason, stay here you will not regret it!!

Great Place and Hostess

Theresa was an amazing hostess. Very communicative and kind. She left toys and food for breakfast that was phenomenal. The beds were very comfy and the linens all soft. The home was immaculate and It was a short drive to tombstone and Bisbee which is why we went. if we’re ever in that area again, we’d love to stay there. Thanks again!

Wonderful Weekend!

What an amazing house! We do a lot of VRBO stays and they are all great… but this one is over the top tho!! So much to do at the house! If you are bored staying here that’s on you because the entertainment at this house is incredible!! Everything it says and way more!! Teresa and Troy are Great!!! Will absolutely stay here again!! 💕

Wonderful property and excellent host!

Excellent communication from Mrs. Hill throughout the process. She really went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay with many thoughtful extras arranged within the home prior to our arrival. The house was immaculately clean, and our family of seven was extremely comfortable for the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay, are so grateful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in this home, and would not hesitate to rent the house again when visiting Sierra Vista! Did I mention it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in?

Fantastic vacation rental!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was charming, the beds comfortable and the home exceptionally clean. We spent three days playing pool, soaking in the hot tub, and playing cards on the back patio. It was a wonderful place to relax and make family memories. We also were especially grateful for the breakfast that was left for us. We had, fruit, milk, juice, eggs and an assortment of muffins and cereal. It was extremely thoughtful. We will definitely stay again the next time we head to Arizona.

Exceptional property

Property was more than we could ask for. Very clean and comfortable. Decor made us feel as though we were at home. Theresa was very helpful in arranging our stay, bring us info on golf courses in the area. Was nice to have milk, cereal, bananas, eggs, yogurt, and even peach turnovers for breakfast the next morning House was much more than we needed (3 bedroom for 2 of us) but I would definitely rent from Theresa again.

Fabulous!

This home feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. We were traveling with 8 adults - from ages twenty something to the grandparents. We used this as our home base as we did day trips through Tombstone and Bisbee. Perfect location to visit Cochise County. At the end of the day, we totally relaxed in the hot tub. My husband swears it was the most comfortable bed we've ever had away from home - I agree! Communication with host very smooth and responsive. She provided everything we needed! Lovely 5 star experience.

Desert Paradise!

Best part of this property? Honestly, everything! From communication with the owner to the homey and elegant decor, from the location to the price, from the amenities to the breakfast items and cold water bottles, everything was just perfect. The owner, I don’t want to use her name in a public review, is so kind and gracious. Her husband is a kick and so easy to talk with. The hot tub was amazing! Didn’t think we’d use it in hot weather but we did and it felt great after a day of riding our motorcycles. But honestly, the best part was we were made to feel welcome, like old friends or close family. We left all agreeing to return. For us, that’s a five star place.
