This guest occupied the home for nearly two months, and during that time we maintained open communication and promptly addressed any concerns brought to our attention. At no point were these issues reported in the manner described here, nor were we given the opportunity to resolve them during the stay. We maintain this property to a high standard, as reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews across both VRBO and Airbnb. Our cleaning team follows a detailed turnover checklist, and the home is thoroughly inspected prior to each arrival. Claims such as the home being unclean upon arrival or requiring “three days to clean” are inconsistent with both our process and the experience of hundreds of prior guests. Regarding maintenance items mentioned: any legitimate issues are addressed promptly when reported. We encourage all guests to communicate concerns during their stay so we can make things right immediately. It’s also worth noting that this stay involved multiple instances where house guidelines were not followed, which created challenges on our end as hosts. We stand behind the quality of our home and encourage prospective guests to review our full history of feedback, which provides a far more accurate representation of the experience we provide.

This is not normal, and we generally aim to have sufficient coffee and filters readily available for our guests as well as 3 rolls per bathroom for your stay.
