Desirable Romar House, B Building, our condo is fully updated with high-end appliances and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, Master has a walk-in shower easy to use for anyone with accessibility needs. Super large deck with a table and chairs and a lounge chair for viewing the ocean or dining al fresco. Walk out from the bottom floor to over 700 feet of private beach. Kitchen has a separate ice maker to fill your cooler. The master bedroom has a large window so you can watch the sunrise from your bed! Or pull the shades down to sleep in. The master bath has a walk-in shower easy to use for anyone with accessibility needs. You can do work or school with the free wireless internet with a boosted signal to ensure a good connection anywhere in the condo. All TVs are Smart TVs so you can keep streaming your favorite shows after a day on the beach.

Absolutely perfect! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped. The location couldn’t have been more convenient with easy beach access, ample parking, and smooth elevator access. The entire property was peaceful and made for a truly relaxing stay. A wonderful experience all around, and the host was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Everything was Wonderful

Best accommodation and location for a wonderful and stress free beach vacation! What everyone says about the beach is TRUE, the Romar House beach is the least crowded as far as the eye can see. Access to the owners closet has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The condo was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The owners were very responsive to our messages before and during our stay. We look forward to renting this condo again.

Perfect location

We have been coming to Romar House for about 10 years. I love it here. No wait on elevators, and the beach is not 3 deep with chairs. The condo was nice. I would definitely rent this one again.

Family Semi annual Vacation

One of 5 Condo’s our family rented, it was definitely the best, clean, updated and the owner was the best to work with, I highly recommend staying here, we will be back .

another perfect stay

This is our second time to rent from the Corey family. Everything was absolutely spotless and perfect. We love the extra spices etc in the pantry as we cook inside often. All of the furnishings were so comfortable expeically the couch. Please consider this unit, but not the week that we come :)

Beach front delight

Vacation made easy. Every amenity needed was available. Beds were comfortable. View from the deck was amazing. Easy beach access. Host responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely Stay

We loved this condo! It was as listed. The beach wasn’t crowded and the condo had all of them amenities we needed. The storage room full of beach necessities was AWESOME!!! The only cons were the kitchen light didn’t seem to work… Unless there was a magical switch somewhere but I feel like we tried them all. Also, the sheets (in the master) were awful. Like they’ve been washed so many times, they had tiny balls on them and soooo rough.

Clean, Accommodating, relaxing

We go to the beach every year, but never for 4th of July week. Friends who have gone this week to the beach before say how crowded it is at other condos. The condo and beach were ideal. Plenty of room on the private Romar Beach, condo and balcony had plenty of space for all 7 of us also. Even with 1 elevator out of order this week, very little wait time. The convenient storage closet for the chairs/sand toys and reserved parking spot, made the vacation relaxing. We would go back.

Wonderful place for the whole family!

This condo was perfect for our stay everyone had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was a very nice place.

Wonderful stay! This was our second time this year staying at the condo and we loved our stay again. Condo is well equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Great location! Very clean! Close to walmart !! Over looking the beach. Great place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings on balcony listening to the waves.. Would recommend this property.

Perfect Condo

We stay at Romar House condos every year and rent various units. This has been our favorite so far and we plan to rent it again! Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The master shower head was wonderful.

Amazing Condo!

We had an amazing stay at Lynn & Aaron’s condo! We’ve stayed at many condos/homes over the last 14 years, and this was one of the nicest. The other reviews stated it was fully stocked, and wow that was SO true. There are enough beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas that you do not need to bring that stuff. I contacted the owner a couple of times during our trip, and they responded immediately and so kind/helpful. The Romar House beach is truly private. Beach security checks to make sure you are staying on the property to access the beach. We appreciated this, because our beach was not packed like the condos on both sides. The next time we come to Orange Beach, I will definitely stay at this condo again!

This place was amazing.

Condo was very well appointed. Granite, ceramic tile in kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways. Cool showers. Carpet in the bedrooms. High end appliances, everything provided. I wanted for nothing and was very comfortable. Stay here if you get a chance!

Absolutely perfect!!

We have been going to the beach for 20+ years and this condo was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. The view was beautiful and the beach and pools weren’t crowded like the condos in either side of us. The condo had everything from beach towels, toys, chairs, even spices that we needed for cooking. It felt like we were staying at a family members condo. I highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again !!!

This place was perfect and amazing!

The whole family was amazed by this condo. The ocean view was beautiful. I could really tell the owner loves and respects this condo. When I booked it I was hesitant for lack of reviews, but i took a chance and it paid off. We have booked several condos in the past and this one is the only one that I absolutely plan to book again. The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs to beach towels. We literally could have brought food and cloths! The owners were easy to reach and prompt. It was a painless experience!

BOOK IT!!!!!!!

This property was perfect, high enough for a wonderful view! It was so clean and comfortable. Call dibs on the master bedroom immediately LOL! The shower is awesome! The beautiful balcony overlooks the private beach, both surrounding properties were crowded and this beach was not. The beach staff was even great, very nice and there’s a security officer to make sure only people staying there are there. This place is close to restaurants and other things to do. Book it! No need to look anywhere else. The owners were wonderful about communicating with us to let us know about service things being done. Even the exiting process was a breeze. I will be coming back and telling any of my friends headed this way to stay here! Thank you Corey family for sharing your property with my family!

We are a fun-loving family of 6 who enjoys spending time on the beach no matter the season. We live in land-locked Dallas so escaping to the ocean feeds our souls. And the delicious fresh fish feeds our bellies! Now that our kids are almost grown, we have more time to travel, when we are not at the beach we may be in the mountains. The beautiful outdoors is the place to be.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this property for many reasons- it feels like home when you are there. The condo is larger than most for a 3 bedroom, the grounds are planted and maintained beautifully, the building is "low density" so you have more space per person on the beach than the larger condo buildings. We have family that also have a unit in the same building so we now have a family compound to enjoy larger reunions.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

A low-density building means fewer people will be on the beach in front of the condo. This is important in the summer when those in larger buildings are hunting for a spot in the sand. We have a closet in the parking garage with beach chairs and some toys, plus a cart to roll it in.
