This condo is so well decorated and a perfect layout for multiple families. We were there with my two kids and my parents and had tons of room. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. Great location too!

The only complaint we have is the floors were not clean. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo, looked exactly like the pictures, it was comfortable and we had a great time.

The VRBO was great! We had one small issue with the dishwasher but it was fixed immediately! Great space and patio! I thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We would definitely come back!

Need some attention to door handles (bathroom falls off, some do not lock etc.) Great spot, great view, great location. The maintenance gentleman was quick to appear and pleasant . Only reported one patio door that did not lock..he did his best. Definitely would stay again.

Beach Vacation

Had a great time at our condo in Orange Beach! It was a wonderful family beach vacation and a great spot to enjoy time together. The weather didn’t cooperate with us at times, as can happen at the beach, but the comfort and spaciousness of the condo allowed for fun games and time well spent with grandparents and family. We are grateful for a great week!

The condo was very comfortable. The outside pool was very dated and did not seem very clean or clear. The property overall was nice and felt safe and secure.

Enjoyed this condo so much! It was perfect for my group of 7. Ages as young as 2yr old toddler to 86 yr old. Check in was super easy and I knew what to expect before we got there bc of the emails sent from property management and the host. All the rules were very transparent and reasonable. I saw some bad reviews on this place after booking so I was a little nervous about our group of 7 with 3 of them being children but the manager was so friendly to the whole group and made the trip even more special for us! Back to the condo it was super clean and beautifully decorated and welll stocked but I do suggest bringing dish detergent and laundry detergent if you plan on cooking and washing clothes. It was easy access to the beach and the view was great. I think my only complaint would be the patio furniture was super uncomfortable and really heavy and awkward. Had such a wonderful family trip bc of our stay here and will be returning next year.

This was the perfect destination for a large group. My 29 students had a great time and there was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook for everyone and have all of us eat in the same room!

Steps to the pool and beach.

The condo and balcony were great. We wanted beachside and this was perfect. The pool and beach were just steps away. Check in was so easy. Elevators were available for easy loading. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a great time!

The view of the beach from the patio was amazing. Plenty of room in living area. Floors were sandy. Patio door in living room and master bedroom did not lock. Master bedroom was considerably warmer than the rest of the house. Suggest having some spices for guests for those that cook. Had to purchase spices Kleenex. No chip clips. Clothes pins would suffice for chip clips. Overall, greatly enjoyed our stay. Already planning a return trip next year.

Everything was great; only issue is that refrigerator barely kept things cool and freezer would not freeze anything. If you put something frozen in there then it kept it frozen, but would not freeze anything that was not already frozen. That was the only issue. Had great time!

We had a great stay at Romar Place. Overall, it was a really good value for being right on the beach. The second-floor unit was especially convenient—easy access without having to deal with the elevator, which made coming and going simple.Being able to step right out to the beach was a big plus and made the whole trip more enjoyable.Only downside was the master bedroom mattress and pillows—they could use an update for better comfort. Not a dealbreaker, but something that would make the stay even better.Overall, we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Condo - Great Views - Great Location

This is an absolutely beautiful condo. It is in a great location. We like to use the stairs on vacation instead of an elevator, if possible. This condo was close to the stairs and with it being on the 2nd floor, it was a quick trip down and out to the beach/pool. The view is amazing and the balcony is very spacious. The table and chair set out on the covered balcony were very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This is a corner unit, so you have large windows - sliding glass door, on the side wall of the living room - giving you even more views of the beach. We actually walked to Doc's Seafood restaurant - the location is super convenient to many restaurants. I highly recommend this condo.

Great!

Our stay was great! The condo was very nice and inviting. The security/checkin staff were so helpful and friendly. It was not a long walk to the beach which we enjoyed. And the pool was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
