If you are looking for a fully furnished home in the most desirable part of Seattle, your search can stop here. Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Upper Queen Anne, this spacious three bedroom (plus bonus 4th bedroom with pullout for guests) has all you’ll need to be comfortable. This classic home boasts international award-winning master craftsmanship blending traditional style with modern features. This is a chef’s gourmet kitchen with Sub-zero refrigerator and brand new quartz counters. There is a huge flat screen TV, built in surround sound, and you’ll have key less entry access. Heated floors throughout the house and a multi-level built in vacuum system.

This is ground zero in the heart of the Queen Anne Community - you can walk to everything! From this home, you can see and walk to the Farmer's Market, and you are just one block from Queen Anne Ave N. On the Ave, you will find plenty of shopping, cafes, and restaurants. You’re also only a block from the park and the playground, community swimming pool etc.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home for our sibling reunion. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house itself was beautiful and full of character — even better than we expected. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for everything we wanted to do, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants and the grocery store. Having plenty of parking made things even easier. We’ll definitely be booking here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Queen Anne. It was perfect for our girls weekend. In a lovely little neighborhood and so close to many Seattle attractions. Summer was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Such a great location. We enjoyed our stay with 8 family members. The house is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for lounging after a long day exploring Olympic NP and downtown Seattle. Summer was a terrific host!

Beautiful craftsman home in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and groceries. Kitchen had all and more of the tools to make a great meal. Very spacious open floor plan. Host was very responsive to any issues. We would book again!

Perfect place to stay

Overall our stay was awesome! Great location that is easily walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also is close to a bus stop with easy access to all the typical sights. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches after exploring. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle in the near future.

Wonderful place

Wow, what a wonderful house and location. We used all four beds and 3.5 baths. The home was well outfitted, clean, and beautiful. It is on a quiet residential street, one block from restaurants and shops. Just a terrific location.

Beautiful home, perfect location, all the amenities, what else could you ask for?! My family and I (7 total) came to Seattle for our son’s graduation from UW and we couldn’t be more pleased with the rental home. Summer was a fantastic host and the home had everything we needed, great appliances, pots / pans, table settings, black out blinds, AC units, and even a box fan that we normally purchase (my wife needs one to sleep). The location is absolutely perfect with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc all within walking distance. Although the streets are extremely crowded with parked cars, parking was no problem since we could park in the school lot right next to the rental. We very much enjoyed visiting Seattle these past 4 years, wish we would have found the house prior to our sons senior year, very highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous and well-kept home! The location cannot be beat, just a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, church. Summer's communications and book of helpful information and neighborhood information was perfect. Our first Vrbo Rental has set the bar high.

What a wonderful, stylish and quirky home full of character! Although the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 82 year old mom, the home spaciously accommodated our 5 person family with room to spare. The shops and cafes are an easy walk. The upstairs external metal blinds (think European outdoor store shutters I guess) are a little bit off putting; the electric one in the main bedroom was simple to use and effective. The one in the dressing area which was manual, a bit more challenging to use (my husband has the knack although I do not). The showers were great and while we LOVE (and miss) Seattle water, the filter is a great option. We hope to return again!

Family trip for Mom's 80th

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Seattle. This house was perfect for our family of 6. Summer has truly thought of everything for her visitors and she responded very quickly when I had a question. The neighborhood was so quiet the house was so charming and well equipped, we walked the neighborhood and visited the restaurant sin the area daily. Just so perfect in every way!perfeverything

Birthday Celebration in Seattle

Family travelled from Portland, LA, and Sacramento for a long weekend in this beautiful home in this cute & quiet Queene Anne neighborhood! Our Host (Summer) was so kind, helpful and accommodating from answering our questions, allowing early check-in, and gifting a nice bottle of wine! It was so nice to be able to walk just a few blocks to local restaurants and stores (-: Having off street parking was a total bonus after Amtrak train ride up was cancelled and we ended having to driving. At the end of every busy day was a great night sleep on a super comfortable bed!

Hi there! We are Summer and Jeff Trisler. We have been the owners of this happy home in the heart of Queen Anne for many years. Summer (a former actress on Broadway and on the West End of London) works in early childhood music education spreading the joy of music to children and their families, while Jeff, a concert promoter, gives them the music to enjoy and love. This is a very special and light filled home encompassing many happy memories of family and friends, that is sure to bring joy and comfort to any who inhabit it.

It was important for us to be near all the amenities of city life, but feel like we were in a close community neighborhood. Queen Anne was our answer. Walkable to everything, close to theatre, museums and downtown, without being downtown. There have been many happy memories made in this beautiful house.
