Relax and enjoy the quiet setting this charming two-story 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath has to offer. Just a block to the community's pool and tennis, this resort retreat features a screened porch, deck, gas grill and more. Inside, the first floor offers the primary suite, living room, family room (den), well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), and dining room. The second level offers the remaining three bedrooms, with a shared hall bath. You are just a short drive or bike ride to the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Additional amenities include Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. This home also features six TVs (all flat-screens), a wood-burning fireplace, and a gas grill.

The outdoor shower and garage are not available for guest use.

Family get away

this house is located in a beautiful community that exceeds expectations. The house itself is in need of some TLC with cleaning nothing that would deter anyone from having a great time. Ran into some small inconviences with this house but again did not take away at all from the great time we had. I would rent this house again.

Nice home and overall happy as it met our needs for two families.

A few things in the house need fixing (shower door kept sliding open, back door lock wouldn't lock, condensation building on vents, loose ceiling fan). Biggest disappointment was a washing machine that didn't work. A week before our trip, we received notification that a repairman would be coming to fix it on our first day, which is fine, as we didn't need to do laundry so early on the trip. However, no one ever came, and we called Vacasa and said they would look into it and have the local team call us, and no one did. It wasn't fun to have to lose a few hours in the middle of our trip to go to the laundromat and pay for laundry.

Plenty of space

We had a lovely stay. Lots of space to relax. Antique furniture in almost every room made it feel familiar…reminded me of Grandma’s house. Bathrooms nicely updated. Kitchen had every type of cooking implement you could need. One broken item we reported was repaired within just a few hours. General cleanliness was good, as far as routine housekeeping. No smell, no ants that other reviews mentioned. The carpets and upholstery do need a deep cleaning. The carpets were vacuumed and had no spots or odor, but some family stopped by with a crawling baby and her hands, knees, and feet got very grubby. Couldn’t find a remote to work the front room TV, but there are buttons on the back.

Could be a great place..

The house is very spacious, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We had 3 little ones 2 and under and their feet were all filthy from running on the floors. My crawling infants clothes were stained from the dirt. Management offered to send in cleaners but honestly The house just needed a good scrub down top to bottom. The other main complaint we had were the quality of the beds in the three upstairs bedrooms. They were extremely uncomfortable. Almost not usable for us (35&36 year olds). The master bedroom bed was great though. The location was good and the neighborhood was great. Just wish it was a little more comfortable to be in the home.

Disappointed!

We arrived at 3:00 to pick up the key and then proceeded to our rental . When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned and there were towels and bedsheets in a pile as we opened the front door. A lady came by and said she called in for the house to be cleaned at 2:30 pm , (8/17/19) and the cleaning crew would be there soon. We were all very excited to get our vacation started and didn’t want to wait to unpack, but we didn’t have a choice. I actually had to clean one bathroom commode ,so everyone had a clean bathroom to use. At 5:30pm ,the cleaning people showed up as we were getting ready to eat our dinner. I guess they did the best job they could under the circumstances, but the house wasn’t cleaned. My granddaughter was playing on the floor and her pants were filthy afterwards. Disgusting! I ended up vacuuming, dusting and cleaning all the floors. This was unfair to me and my family. This was this only bad experience I had while staying at the rental ,but if you were to ask me if I would stay there again, I would say, “no.” Sharon Preston

Wonderful place! Nice and roomy, plenty of space for a large family and friends to stay, and not far from the beach. It was great to have a place for us to bring our dogs and crate them as well. I don't trust boarding elsewhere after previous issues and it is so difficult finding rentals that allow dogs, so this was a huge relief to stay here. Only took away a star because the upstairs carpet needs a lot of deep cleaning. There's a funky pee smell in the house and a lot of stain buildup on the carpet that was a huge turnoff. For the extra pet fees you would hope this would be included in the cleaning, but it was pretty clear it was not. Would be a perfect 5 if not for that.

Great place for long weekend getaway

We stayed here on a weekend in early September. This house is located in a beautiful community. We loved taking our dog for walks around the quiet and peaceful community. It’s a short drive to Bethany Beach Town Center and Boardwalk. There are plenty of good restaurants and things to do in the area. We love Bethany Beach and would love to stay here again.

Absolutely amazing location. Great house/ layout for a large family or multiple families. The only large concern was the grill condition- completely unusable. Overall, would stay again and recommend.

Great House and Location

The size of the house and the location was great. So close to everything! The cleaniness left a lot to be desired. There was a used razor and shaving cream in one bedroom drawer. There was a used brush under the bed. The floors were dirty and you always had to have something on your feet or they'd be black.

Beach-house Bethany Beach

Perfect size, close to the beach and the community pool was a two min walk from the house. Will definitely rent again. Thank you guys for a great house for my family friends and my fur babies

Loved the community and layout of house, however, inside of house was filthy and furniture is worn.

Renting was easy, but management of the property was non existent. No one checking on cleaning or shape of the interior furnishings. Needs a lot of repairs and replacements.

Great Place in Bethany

This was a great house at the beach! It was a perfect house for our 2 therapy dogs. With a large wooded backyard - they really enjoyed the house, and we enjoyed not always having to put them on a leash to go out! The house is extremely well furnished - lots of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen is very well stocked. It was in great repair and very clean. We had only 1 little glitch. The screened in porch was locked both from the inside and outside. We let the property manager know and 2 days later we had the key. We really enjoyed the porch the last 2 days of our stay.

Perfect Beach Rental

We couldn't of been happier with our decision to stay at this property. We had 7 adults and 4 children. We did feel cramped as there was plenty or room and beds for everyone. It was not b on the beach but parking was not too bad and only a short 5 min drive. We would definitely stay again.

Dirty home

Home was dirty. Had to clean all toilets, tabletops and floors. Listing was inaccurate, no outside shower,no garage access. One bed had no linen. TV’s did not always work. The bunk bed bolts were completely loose and had to be tightened. Ants in kitchen and upstairs.

Nice and homey

Bigger than expected, liked that it was dog friendly but we were surprised at amount of dog hair on furniture when we arrived. Very nice otherwise, especially screened in breezeway!
