Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominiums one-level layout features a balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and bedroom, with a private half bath and direct access to the full bath. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Two flat-screen TVs, DVD, keyless lock, and WiFi.

Great value

This unit is clean, convenient, and comfortable. It’s so close to the pools, parking, tennis, and beach access. It’s equipped with everything you need - dishes, lots of towels, ice maker. The AC is perfect. The only downside is that it’s not the most stylish furnishings, but you can see that in the photos. It didn’t bother me at all. I would book again. This was our first visit to Sea Colony and it’s great. Pools are clean. Lifeguards at the beach and pools. Easy walk to town. Don’t miss Sandy Pony for amazing donuts and coffee.

Perfect vacation!

This spot is so easily accessible and being just feet away from a pool and the beach was absolutely amazing! It's convenience to the surrounding town was also wonderful. Could just walk to get drinks or grab a bite or do some shopping. Already planning a trip back for next year! The condo was perfect and just as showed. Very clean and the ac was perfect for the hot days. Can't wait to return!

Worst experience and place ever

Obsolete and unsafe check in process- had to go a shopping center in the middle of the night to retrieve the key Place was old and disgusting- dust hanging from the popcorn ceiling. Hairballs in the kitchen and to top it all the bed spread had stains. I had to turn around and go back home after vomiting from the disgust and got terribly sick from the entire experience

Definitely worth the price

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The location is very good. It's as advertised. Its comfy. They do have warnings to keep AC above 74 (because it could break?) which at first I was worried about but luckily wasn't too hot at night. I like it colder. I've stayed in same building once before so I did miss seeing the ocean from balcony, but other then that it was a good deal!

This was our first time taking our kids to the ocean for a family vacation. Everything fell into place so well and the kids had a blast. Our place was so close to everything we needed. We made breakfast and lunch at the condo, and simply went downstairs to walk to the beach. Will be back again!

We had an incredible stay at the condo last week! While we didn't have a beach view, we still make good use of the balcony. The condo itself was spacious for just my husband and I and was clean and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to just unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation by the sea!

Location location location

Location was perfect - 5 stars. Quick access to the beach and pools. Easy walk to the boardwalk or to restaurants, CVS, ice cream. Tricky to find our parking spot and then the actual condo on night one but easy access thereafter. Condo is 3 stars. Fine for a quick weekend getaway where you just need a place to sleep. Note that the twin bed would be best for a child. It rocked back and forth when I laid with my toddler.

Uncomfortable bed

Queen bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The little rug in the bathroom was so dirty, that I had to wash it twice - it turned out that it was not brownish, but lemon yellow in color. The dryer had such a buildup of lint that lint filter had burst open inside the dryer. It took me an hour to clean the dryer from all the lint and sand. Other than that the condo is fine. No ocean view (as advertised), but very close to the ocean and the pool.
