Casa nueva derecha frente al lago raíces en el corazón de Osage Beach. Esta hermosa casa amueblada está a sólo minutos del centro comercial, restaurantes, go-carts, putt putt golf, salas de cine y mucho más. Disfrute de impresionantes vistas mientras se toma un café en una de las dos cubiertas cubiertas completas con altavoces al aire libre. Esta casa frente al lago está situado en una fantástica cala perfecta para los tubos y los deportes acuáticos.

La magnífica cocina gourmet está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para una comida perfecta frente al lago. Las encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de Thermador y hermosos pisos de madera añaden a las comodidades de la casa. La habitación familiar es un punto de encuentro perfecto con sus dos pisos de piedra (leña) chimenea y pantalla plana de 50 'TV de alta definición. Un reproductor de DVD también está ahí para su disfrute.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta principal y es un refugio en sí mismo. Cuenta con una cama queen, un televisor de pantalla plana, unas vistas preciosas y una puerta independiente que conduce directamente a la zona de terraza cubierta. El spa como baño principal tiene encimeras de granito, una hermosa ducha de piedra travertino y una bañera grande.

El nivel inferior se configura como una fantástica zona de juegos con mesa de hockey de aire recreación. Cuenta con un bar con un refrigerador grande, lavavajillas y encimeras de granito. El gran sofá seccional se enfrenta a un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "de plasma con reproductor de DVD. Además, hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos en la planta baja. El nivel inferior se abre a una terraza cubierta privada a pocos metros del agua. Dos dormitorios en este nivel con una cama de matrimonio y el otro dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas, con una televisión para los niños.

El nivel superior tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Dormitorio 1 arriba tiene una cama queen. Dormitorio 2 arriba tiene una reina y una cama doble. Dormitorio 3 arriba tiene 2 camas queen.

El muelle tiene una hoja de cubierta de 14 x 40 y está a pocos pasos de la casa. También se incluye un kayak y bote de remos para su disfrute.

Una hoguera al aire libre se encuentra en el lago para asar malvaviscos y perritos calientes. Esta casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones lago fabuloso! Disfruta De!

Family Time

We had a great time here. The house was perfect for 17 of us, ranging from 80 to 2 1/2 years old. Be prepared for lots of steps both inside and down to the lake. We loved being on the water with 2 boats and our own pool was an added bonus. The house was was well equipped with everything we needed and offered beautiful views of the lake. We were able to take the boats to fun nearby places to eat.

Stayed first week of June - had a great time. Everything about the house was great/ as advertised. Very clean / very comfortable/ excellent location.Just like every lakefront house be prepared to walk a ton of stairs up and down from dock or pool level. We had grandparents in our group and was not a big issue - but could be with anyone in your group that struggles with stairs. Caught a ton of fish off pier - bluegill / catfish / bass. Great patio space especially in evenings with western exposure. Only one small issue for this summer ( did not bother us much this week ) There is a house being built next door but was only noisy 1 -2 days during our stay. Work did not start till after 8 am and ended around 4 pm. Just something to be aware of for next few months. All in all 10/10 and would definitely stay here again !

Great location on lake

House was perfect for our extended family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool not right outside a patio entrance was the only downfall.

Family Celebration

Great location, loved the cove, view and proximity to boat rentals. Home needs some TLC as it is a bit worn for such a lovely home. The beds and bath were clean overall, but definitetly noticed the other parts of the home ie. carpet was really dirty, and there were lots of bugs and dust/webs around windows/window seals. There was some damage to the front door screen door that someone duct taped to keep the door in, so again for such a nice home, should be fixed. I am sure it can be tough to keep up with busy rental season so we didn't complain, but just being honest. We loved the extra space throughout the home and that everyone had room to spread out. Bryan the caretaker was helpfull on day 1 when we thought lower level fridge didn't work. (It was due to us over filling with warm beverages, suggest to note that somewhere to avoid confusion). Overall we liked and would come back to this property.

Making Memories

This property checked off many of the boxes of what we needed. The house was in a great location and close to boat rental. We had plenty of room for the 13 of us ranging from 1-60. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake. Our family had a great week making memories! Compared to other properties that we’ve rented this property was a little overpriced. The attention to property details was not a not a 5 star rating. Also beach towels were not provided. When I inquired about them, they said other guest took them. We had to purchase our own which if notified earlier we could have brought ours from home. Overall this vacation was full of making new memories.

Great place to stay

Our family of 10 had ample room in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were nice and the pool was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters and any additional spices you like. Then go and have a great time! This property is in an excellent location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved fishing off the dock or swimming in the lake as well.

80th Birthday celebration

This is an exceptional house and location for a great visit to Lake of the Ozarks. The view of the inlet bay was superb, especially at sunset. We were able observe many firework displays from the decks. Would highly recommend for family outings.

Time of our lives!

This is a lovely home that worked out wonderfully for our family of 12! (4 under 6). The littles were catching a ton of fish from the dock and having the time of their lives. The location was perfect to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. We rented a pontoon for tubing as well. The house is clean, comfortable and we could all gather together to play games or eat. Magnificent! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect Vacation!

House is beautiful, the views from pool and decks are spectacular, and the location is perfect! We spent everyday at the pool watching the boats, jet ski’s, and sunsets. House is spacious for large families, kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of seating! Entire house was very clean.We had a great vacation at this property…would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location

Had a great time. The house has a great location in a cove with a restaurant and close to grocery stores and target. Good pizza place and the owner recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Not mentioned in the listing was a per day cash charge to heat the pool (not a big deal in summer but it did start to get cold) also the mattresses were not great for a house of this price point- very springy/hard and the master had a full size bed. Be sure to bring spices for cooking as there was only salt and pepper. The property caretaker has a pontoon you can rent from him as well which was convenient. Would we stay again? Sure.

Awesome house

The house was great and the property manager was super helpful and responsive. The only complaint was the kids were looking forward to using the foos ball table and there was not one as shown in the pictures. The pool was great and well taken care of daily and the dock was very nice. Great trip!

Lake front beauty with a pool

This house was very spacious with plenty of sleeping areas for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was beautiful and the in ground pool was the icing on the cake.

Birthday getaway!

Beautiful home, great location, lots of space! Wish we would have known shampoo and body wash were not provided, luckily we had enough between us that we brought by chance. An Umbrella by the pool would be nice and moving the grill from the driveway to the back of the house by where everyone hangs out would have been nice.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. An exceptional home with plenty of room and all needed amenities. Close to everything for any activities etc. nice and quiet. We will definitely look at coming back again! Thank you for helping us make memories!

We live in Columbia, Mo.,which is just a short drive from the lake. We have found this is a perfect place to bring our children as well as our children's friends. We spend most of our leisure time at the lake and have many wonderful memories of the lake.

We chose this location because it is all about the location at the lake. We have everything within 5 minutes of our home, including restaurants, ourlet mall, golf courses, movie theater, and the only local hospital at the lake.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is just a few years old with all of the new amenities incuding granite counter tops, wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and most of all the covered decks to enjoy the best views at the lake.
