Large, private, multifamily lake retreat.

If you're looking for lakefront privacy and comfort you've found it! This Newly renovate 8 bedroom, 5 bath home is nestled in a quiet cove between MM9 and10 with main channel views.
Close to endless restaurants via boat or road.

Dock has 1 available boat slip, 2 PWC lift, 4 large sunchairs, kayaks, maui pad, and slide; families can spend endless hours on the dock alone. Dock Shed has mini fridge and bar area.

Two large decks offer plenty of outdoor furniture to take in the incredible views. Enjoy grilling and dining on the upper deck or relaxing with your favorite beverage on the covered deck below.

Newly furnished with comfort in mind and plenty of room for families to gather and spread out. Fully stocked open concept kitchen has dining space for large family dinners. Lower level offers family room and bar with countertop ice maker and fridge.
Plenty of parking even for trailers.

Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is very private and secluded, full of other amazing families. We ask that you respect them. By shutting down outdoor activities and moving them inside by 12AM on weekends and 11PM on week nights. Your adherence to this is very much appreciated.

Amazing Home! This house was completely perfect for our friend getaway consisting of 4 families. The house is well stocked, well laid out & the cove was nice & quiet for us to float & swim in. The host was great & replied to any messages very quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 21 this week and this house had everything we needed. The kitchen is the perfect size and stocked with anything you might want to prepare a big meal. The house is large enough so we weren't tripping over each other. The dock was a nice size and we really liked the quiet cove. The owner was fast to respond to any questions. We will be staying here again in the future!

Multifamily Vacation

This house was perfect for a multifamily vacation with children ranging in age from 6 months-12. The house is spread out and we never felt crowded with a group of 22. Rental is stocked with everything you need and more, especially the kitchen! The dock is well equipped and enough space for two jetskis and boat that we rented. Kids loved the slide! I would recommend this rental in a heartbeat and we hope to come back for another family vacation

This place already looked great online, but was even better in person. This was an excellent get-away for my group of friends. We will be looking at this place again the next time we come back to the Lake of the Ozarks!

AMAZING PLACE

There is no way to summarize this place quickly...it is an absolutely spectacular place to stay at. Great location, great amenities, great supply of all things needed, and great communication by the owner. It was like staying at a resort on the lake. We had the absolute best time!!

House was awesome, dock was a lot of fun. The only thing I have to say that's even remotely in the negative at all was that it seem like there were bugs getting into the house someway. But I'm not sure if that's just because of the area and maybe somebody left a door open or something. But maybe they're just needs to be a pesticide check. But the house was beautiful very comfortable and absolutely would stay here again.

Great Lake House

The house is very nice and had everything we needed. We were a group of 16 adults and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the dock and the slip for our pontoon. Heather was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves. The house and host were great. The location was far from our preferred area and the toll bridge to leave the community was a shock and disappointment. Overall, great house and host.

Great vacation home

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 young children to spread out as well as gather for family time. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and they even had a high chair and pack and play for our grandchildren. We really enjoyed the dock, and it was nice to have a slip to park our boat in. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. This property was the perfect spot for a memorable lake vacation.

A large group stayed at the property. We cooked every meal in the wonderful kitchen. We never left the property over the weekend and had a wonderful time enjoying everything the property provided. The house was clean and working with Heather was very easy. Would stay again. Thank you!

Exceptional Property - Has Everything You Need

This house was the perfect getaway for our large family. The house is gorgeously decorated, very clean, has great ammenities and so much space to spread out. We spent most of our time at the house on and in the lake - we took full advantage of the kayaks, slide and lily pad. The property feels private and the lake is calm. We rented a boat while we were there and stored it on the private dock. The property owners are very communicative both before the visit and during our stay. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Great accommodations for a large family

We had a wonderful week at this lake home. The house is very well suited for a large group and the owner has thought of just about anything you may need/want. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The entire house is the most well stocked house we have been to. There were hooks throughout the house and bathrooms to help with wet towels and all that goes with lake living. There was also a drying rack in the basement to help with that as well. Two sets of washer/dryer was a huge help! The dock area at the lake is fantastic. We recommend that all members of your party wear sandals on the dock because the hot Missouri sun makes the wood very hot as the day wears on. One other recommendation is that whoever has the master bedroom probably shouldn't be the one that goes to sleep the earliest as it is directly off the living room and kitchen area. I am so happy we chose this property.

Very nice house! 13 adults stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone, to either get away for some privacy or to gather together in the great room and kitchen area. The island in the kitchen is a great place to play games or eat as a group. The 2 decks and dock are great areas to spend time outside. There are also a plethora of bathrooms, with showers, which is nice when everyone is trying to get ready for the day or to go out for the evening. Matt and Heather are great to work with and would definitely stay here again.

Great space for a large group

The Vrbo pictures probably do not do this house justice. Plenty of space for a large group with no one to be on top of each other anywhere. Great location by water and land. Everything was well thought out so you could show up with only clothes and food with have everything you need for a great stay. The beds and bedding were top-notch for good nights rest. We parked six cars in the driveway with ease. This worked out great for our large group. The great room and kitchen are way bigger than they look in the picture. 20 of us gathered in that area often. Highly recommend

Retreat with TONS of Fun!!!!

I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Indian Hill Retreat! If you want to stay at a rich person's house and use rich people things, this is the place! EVERYTHING is top of the line and they've thought about everything! Every space is beautifully decorated and feels like a rich relatives lake place! The HUGE dock with a water slide, lilypad, and 4 kayaks!!! WOW!!! We rented boat and had it delivered and there was a perfect slip for it to rest when we weren't doing water sports! The host communicated almost immediately when contacted :) I have absolutely nothing negative to say and if we do another Siblings Trip to LOTO, it'll be at Indian Hill Retreat!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with the location of this house, a quiet cove is perfect for kayaking and just floating in the lake. The added benefit of the main channel view is perfect for sunrises. We have had multiple families at once and feel there is enough space to gather as well as spread out. We love hanging out on the decks and the kids spend hours swimming, sliding and fishing off the dock. One of the things we love most about the Ozarks are the number of restaurants you can get to by boat.
