THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

The sun rises in the east, sets in the west, and you've got a private porch for either occasion. Wake up to the tune of gorgeous natural light on this top floor apartment, with three other units available in the same Endless Summer house should your party expand. Then wander into the fully appointed kitchen, through colorful fixings and thoughtful touches. Wonder what your day may bring: surfs, swims, volleyball, hikes? Staring into the ocean, from the cliff lookout 2 minutes away or your pick of beaches within 10 minutes? All by foot, of course. Grab the house stash of beach supplies and head into your dream day, knowing that ultra-comfy Lull mattresses await you upon your return.

We had an excellent stay at this home. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with high-quality pieces throughout. The amenities were excellent, and everything was very well organized and easy to navigate.The bedding was especially comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. Communication with the host was prompt and clear from start to finish. The location is also ideal. We particularly enjoyed the decks on both sides of the home — perfect spots to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

The space was very clean, bright and welcoming. Everything was very comfortable and well appointed. We loved the walkability of everything including the short walk to the sunset viewing point on H Street. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few relaxing days

Really enjoyed our stay in the BeachHaus Sunset Suite. If you don’t mind climbing some stairs to get there, you won’t be disappointed - the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful an unexpectedly, there were also great views from all directions. Communication was great, everything we needed was provided, the beds were comfortable, and the house itself was spacious, clean, and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few relaxing days. Highly recommend!

This is a great place. It has an open floor plan and is very light and cheery. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was mostly quiet and it sits on a very low traffic area.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s more spacious than it appears, and while older, it’s an amazing location with great amenities. A few minor details needed updating (outdoor cushions, etc), but we loved our stay and can’t wait to visit back. The host was more than accommodating with our needs for our toddler, early check in, and check out. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was amazing! We loved it. It is walking distance to everything. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The front porch swing was my favorite! I hope we can come back soon. Brenda was very accommodating with things we needed for the baby. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here. Perfect weekend!

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time during our stay at the Sunset Suite. The communication was above and beyond and everything we needed was provided. The sunset from the balcony was beautiful and the walk to the beach everyday was easy. We were just a quick walk away from shops and places to eat. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.

Delightful Stay

Excellent location! We loved the happy colors inside and out. It brightened our stay, especially with cloudy weather. The porch swing was so relaxing and the back balcony had a wonderful view of town. Great to be able to do laundry too. Everything we needed was available and explainable. Many thanks to Sunset Suite!!

Absolutely perfect stay

When we walked in, we all were so impressed with how spacious, bright, and comfortable the unit is. Comfy sofas, big dining room table, perfect size kitchen with a view. There's a bin of all your beach needs, Turkish beach towels, and a porch swing to ease away your stresses. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Walls and floor are a little 'thin', so keep that in mind if you have little ones. Parking is provided for two regular size vehicles or one large SUV/truck, but plenty of street parking if you need it too. It's also a 45 second walk to a beautiful lookout point, a lovely 3 to 7 minute walk to awesome coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants, and a 12 minute walk to a public beach. Evening strolls are recommended too. BeachHaus had great, prompt communication and little, unassuming reminders around the space. We'll definitely be back. My daughter is counting down the days.

Magic in Encinitas

Located by Moonlight Beach and downtown Encinitias, this bright and open space was the perfect spot fo for our family. Layout flows well and the space is perfect for reading, movie nights, etc. Quick leap a block away for sunset views!

Perfect Encinitas rental

This rental was even better than described. Spacious with 2 wonderful balconies in the front and rear of the unit. Perfect for a family and on a quiet street.

Perfect Beach House in Encinitas

This was our first time staying in Encinitas and we were so happy we chose to stay at the Sunset Suite property. The house is beautifully decorated. It was the ideal layout, setup, and amenities for our stay with our two teenage daughters. The house is a quick walk to the D Street beach entrance, plus a short walk to lots of awesome food options. We had planned to venture out of town to San Diego and other beaches, but we ended up spending all of our time in Encinitas (and Cardiff) because we loved everything close to the house. We usually travel to new places for family trips, but everyone loved this stay so much that we're planning to come back next summer for a repeat of this awesome stay. My daughter left some clothes in the bathroom and we got a message quickly from the team saying that we could go retrieve the items or offered to mail them to us. Luckily, we were still close to the house and were able to go back and get the items. I really appreciated that!

Adorable, clean property, great location!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Encinitas, and from the porch, we could see the sunset, and almost every time of the day we had great ocean breezes! We never had to use the air conditioning and it was peak summer time. The decor is so colorful and vibrant and cheerful, and the house was impeccable clean. The beds were super comfy too.. We will definitely stay here again, thank you!

We loved the Sunset Suite and can't wait to visit again!

This is one of the best rental experiences we have had! The location was amazing...views of the ocean, close to restaurants, surfing, and everything else we wanted. The property was in excellent shape and very comfortable for our family of 3. The quiet neighborhood was relaxing for our vacation, and sitting on the deck for an afternoon read, and an evening cocktail was wonderful. We loved our stay here and would move in for longer if we could. Thanks for making it all so easy and organized, and for providing such a great vacation rental. We will be back in the future and will reach out to beachhaus!

Encinitas Beach

Amazing location with views of ocean and wonderful areas to hang out inside and outside. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms updated, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, and entire place was spotless. Easy walk to restaurants, stores, and beaches. Coaster train whistle starts early morning but any property along the coast would be within earshot. Brenda was a terrific host!

Another A-Mazing summer retreat with the fam!

Our stay was once again the best ever! This was our second stay in the suit and my kids absolutely LOVED it. We stayed here back in 2021 and my little girl calls it “our beach house”. My son is already planning our next stay. This place is cozy, cute, and walking distance to everything. We will see you next year for our fall break!

Fantastic!

We love staying at Sunset Suite for its location and convenience to restaurants and shopping. The owners provided everything you could possible need and more. Quiet yet close to everything

We had a great stay. Just a few feet to the ocean overlook, and short walk to the restaurants and shops of Old Encinitas. The property was very clean and recently updated, and everything was very thoughtfully laid out for the guests. The owners were very responsive. We will definitely return.

Beachy Hideaway

We had a wonderful stay in the Sunset Suite! It was clean, well-stocked, family-friendly, and in a great location. The management was timely and thorough in their communication and thoughtful in their attention to what travelers need. One morning we found there was no hot water. I texted the number give and immediately got a response. Their handyman came out and fixed the issue that day and we were kept abreast of the process and its solution. The house is an easy walk to downtown Encinitas, D Street Beach and Moonlight Beach. There are slivers of ocean views from several points in the house and that ocean air flows through keeping it cool and fresh and constantly reminding you you’re at the beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon!
