Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this fourth floor 2-bedroom (and den), 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs, DVD, 3 Blu-rays, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Very nice condo

Overall, it was a great place to spend the week. The place was very clean and was nicely equipped. We also appreciated the fruit and coffee provided by the host. The Internet had a few issues and one of the TVs didn't work.

Great Condo!

This is a wonderful condo unit. The place was clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony was fantastic. While I only utilized the main bedroom, there was a lot of good space. There was a separate TV/sitting room apart from the main kitchen area/living room. It really was a very nice space.

Visit at Sea a colony

The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be slept on at all.

Space was good; cleanliness on arrival not great

We thought the nice welcoming touches like the card, fruit basket, coffee, and candy jar were lovely. We were very comfortable in the space and we did enjoy our stay. I would encourage the owner to speak to Vacasa about the cleaners or hire better ones. We were aghast on arrival when we saw the mold in the bathroom. (Toilet, but also we noticed later that the showerhead and faucet were also affected). We did call vacasa and housekeeping came over and took care of the issue (toilet) the next day. It's a shame we didn't noticed the shower and faucet until later. The view was nice and we appreciated the helpful notes/tips about the space around the house too.

Retro Charm Meets Reality: A Fixer-Upper with a View

Looking for a retro experience? Look no further! This vintage gem in Sea Colony will transport you back in time—way back! The "cleaning" job might remind you of a teenager's attempt to tidy their room. The couches are held together by tape, which could double as a fun guessing game: What's underneath? Spoiler: probably nothing good. The TV stand boasts a unique DIY touch, crafted from genuine cardboard boxes—perfect for the eco-conscious traveler. The bathroom cabinet wall is doing its best impression of the Titanic, slowly but surely sinking into oblivion. As for the carpet, it may look clean, but your feet will tell you otherwise. On the bright side, the views are stunning, and the location is prime. Just make sure to bring your sense of adventure and a hazmat suit. Until this place gets a serious facelift, I'd recommend booking elsewhere. But hey, if you like a good fixer-upper, this might just be your dream vacation!

Great sea colony unit

We’ve stayed in several sea colony units, but this one was the best! Fruit basket was nice but we left the pineapple! I like that the surfaces were clean and not covered with junk/useless knickknacks!

Vacuum cleaner

My family and I loved are experience with 412 georgetown. The place was well put together and kept up very nice. Only complaint was that the vacuum cleaner worked but had a broken handle which prevented us from using it so we had to use a broom and dust pan to clean up.

Nice Condo

The location and views are excellent and the condo has plenty of room. A few things that could have been better - there were no tissues, a very small shampoo and small lotion so bring your own, and the microwave was malfunctioning. Other supplies were plentiful. Bring your own beach towels but you can rent chairs and umbrellas if needed.

Great short stay

This is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in in the high rises. The gift of coffee and champagne from the owner made it very special! There was also soap, paper towels, etc on hand. The condo was clean when we arrived except for a few items—the kitchen backsplash and outside of the trash can—but overall it seemed welll sanitized. The only real negative was that I could not reach resort quest about difficulty with the door lock. Still, it is a comfortable, well-appointed condo with everything you need for a wonderful, easy stay.
