Downtown, perfect to entertain; fenced in back yard, grill, hot tub and basement bar. <1 mile to the heart of TC. Beautiful biking and walking area. I occasionally stay in garage appt but will not be seen unless needed

We had a wonderful stay at Brad’s place with 5 adults, one toddler, and a dog! Brad was super responsive and attentive and even came over to shovel a few times while we were there. It was a great space with our crew, with room to spread out, and the fenced in backyard was super helpful (and fun for the dog). We will definitely stay again next time we’re back in the area!

Brad’s place was great. The house was well stocked, close to downtown TC and comfortable. The backyard was wonderful to hang out in and a great space for our dogs to play.

Family Vacation

Long weekend trip to Traverse City with my wife and in-laws. Brad was a great host - we would definitely stay there again. Fun house with cool decor and dog friendly!

A great house to stay. Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard. Even poop scoopers and a bucket. Easy communication with the owner. Hot tub was nubs and clean. Walking distance to a few bars and good food. Will stay with this host again.

Great property close to everything

House was exactly as listed. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Short walk to downtown. Owner was extremely communicative and easy to work with.

Traverse City Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brad’s home in Traverse City. The home is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful backyard for dining and relaxing. Check in was very easy and the home is within walking distance of the shopping, dining and beach areas. Brad is an excellent host and I highly recommend this place for a Traverse City get-away!

Great Stay

We had a great time in TC and the house was a good fit for our group (which included a dog). It was a short walk/drive to downtown and had everything we needed. The basement area was a great gathering spot after each day's exploring. We would recommend this property for your trip to TC. In addition, we left something behind and Brad was kind enough to mail it back to us after we returned from our trip. Awesome host!

Dog Friendly Home In The City

We participated in a 3-day business conference and were pleased to find a dog friendly home that was a short drive to The Hagerty Center. It was nice to be close to our favorite downtown restaurants so we could grab carry-out and unwind on the deck and hot tub. Our host Brad was a good coomunicator before, during and after our stay.

Amazing stay for my son's wedding

The property was absolutely perfect for our party of 6 plus 2 large dogs for my son's wedding. It may have been a smaller home, but everything inside was planned out to accommodate all of our needs. The house was very clean. The backyard was perfect for relaxing with the family and pets, and the hot tub was the added touch after long days of wedding stuff, not to mention, the location was great.Also, if we had any questions, the host was very responsive, Absolutely would come here again!

Our stay here was amazing! The property was exactly as pictured and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location was perfect for being close to downtown Traverse City, but also just a short drive from surrounding areas of interest. The layout of the home was perfect for our family vacation with 4 teenagers and our dog. The host was attentive to our needs and answered any questions that we had. We would highly recommend this home for a stay in Traverse City and would return to it again if we are in the area!

Amazing

Brad has the most incredible place. It is perfectly laid out, has everything you could want, and the best back yard for our pups. Not only did he let us bring multiple dogs but he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There wasn't a single thing in the kitchen he was lacking and unlike many rentals we've stayed in before he was stocked with paper towel, tp, spices, towels, literally everything. Truly an exceptional rental, don't hesitate to book. We will definitely be back on our next jaunt up north!

Awesome House and Host!

What a great house!! Rented for 4th of July weekend and it was a quick bike to all the festivities but just far enough away that it was quiet and great neighborhood. Brad is an amazing host! We will definitely stay again!

Great Spot

Brad has a great spot here for a dual family meet up or even a bunch of friends. We loved the set up and all the amenities like the back yard games and hot tub. It’s a great location too and close to everything.
