Welcome to the beautifully remodeled 603 Barrington Park villa, the perfect vacation home for families, golf groups, corporate retreats, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. This villa sleeps 8 guests and is located on the first floor of a two-story villa complex in Palmetto Dunes, just steps away from the beach and the bicycle path.

Living Spaces:
As you enter the villa, you're welcomed by an open kitchen and living area with granite countertops, new appliances, and a 65" TV. The dining space seats six and opens to a balcony with serene views of the pond, fountain, and surrounding oaks and palms.

Accommodations:
All three bedrooms are located down the hall. One room has two twin beds and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a queen bedroom. The hallway also includes a half bath, large pantry, and a laundry area with a new washer and dryer. At the end, the spacious master suite features a king bed, desk, private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus access to the balcony overlooking the peaceful pond.

Outdoor:
Outside the villa, you'll find a private deck overlooking a pond, and you'll be steps to the pool pavilion and the Palmetto Dunes bicycle path system, perfect for exploring the island's 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. Hilton Head Island offers outdoor activities of all kinds, from nature preserves and beaches to water sports and even zip line adventures

Thanksgiving with Family

We had the best time at Barrington Park this past week. The kitchen was fully staffed with all items needed. I had even brought items from home, but I tucked those away in the pantry. There was ample room for storage, closet and drawer space. We loved the fact we could walk out to the bikes and car without using an elevator. The weather was perfect for being on the beach and riding bikes. The condo was perfect in the location and layout!

Trip with Grandchildren

We rented an electric car. We would have liked to have seen charging stations on property site. It was an inconvenience to spend parts of vacation days waiting for car to be charged.

Great Dog Friendly condo

My family and I stayed for a week in September with our golden retriever. The condo was very convenient to the beach and well kept. My kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The property is very pet friendly with easy access to take our my dog. The people were also very welcoming of pets on the property.

Great Location

This location worked so well with our group. There were two kids who loved bouncing back and forth from the pool to the beach, and quick access back to the house for snack breaks. The xplorie app was a great addition! We got two free bikes and umbrella/chairs for the week, which was very helpful.

Amazing Getaway

This condo has everything you need. It's so lovely and is located so close to the beach, the pool, and all kind of other amenities like bike rentals, the general store, and restaurants. We will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future.

Spacious relaxing villa in a great location with lovely lagoon view and fountain. Like that bedrooms are off a hallway away from main living space . Was a wonderful surprise getting chocolate covered strawberries delivered for Valentines Day.

The Villa was exactly as I thought it would be.

It was very clean. We stayed at many other's before I this one was very well kept. The wear and tear on the units has to be a lot, but this one was good.

Excellent Property

As advertised. We had a total of 5 people and it was just right. It’s a little small for more than that. The property was clean and the grounds and pool area are very nice. Decorated very nice definitely would consider renting again.

Great location and well appointed

We spent 2 weeks during the Holidays and had a marvelous trip. The unit was spacious and very well appointed. We had a minor issue with stove related to pans not working with the inductive stove, but they sent someone over right away. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location of this villa and the staff at Hilton Head Properties are great to work with! My only suggestion is that the floors could have been cleaner and the unit could use some new living room furniture. We had several days of rain and were in the villa more than expected so comfortable furniture would have been nice. The refrigerator door does not shut properly.

Perfect location

Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, this property is perfectly located. We saw many others lugging beach gear for quite a distance, but not us! Extremely clean and comfortable, more than enough room for our family of 5 and dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again for our next beach getaway!

Another great week in Hilton Head

We loved staying at this villa! It is in walking distance of the beach and pool. We took our wagon, and there was one entry where there was a ramp, which made that process even easier. We were able to find our own space in each bedroom with the TVs that were there. The company called to let us know that our place was ready early, which was unexpected and a nice surprise! The communication was excellent. We would love to stay at this same place again!

Fantastic stay at Barrington 602

We couldn't have asked for a better week! This property is gorgeous and well maintained. Decorated beautifully, kitchen well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. We loved the back porch overlooking the pond and it was a nice short walk to the beach and pool. The property manager was excellent and even called early to tell us our property was ready. That was huge after traveling 11 hours with 3 kids!! :) We also appreciated the credit for the beach gear/bikes as we were traveling with a packed van so that helped tremendously! We can't wait to return!

Great, Private Location

This was a well needed getaway for our family! We really enjoyed the location of this property The property and grounds were well maintained, clean and secluded, and beaches were not crowded. The only suggestion would be some updates to the kitchen appliances and kitchen gadgets/cookware, as we were limited. Overall, highly recommended!

Fun stay

Great condo rental, loved quick access to beach and pool. Had a little difficult obtaining code to enter the unit as it wasn’t provided in email per usual, but once in had a great stay.

Great condo in a great location!

I stayed in this unit with my husband, two kids, and mom. We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect-- a short, pretty walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded in front of Barrington, so we felt very comfortable. The included bike rentals were a great bonus. There are bike paths everywhere, so we got around Palmetto Dunes entirely on bikes. It was a relaxing and fun place to visit. The landscaping is really beautiful throughout Palmetto Dunes.

Seamless process to rent- A couple of concerns arose during our stay which were very quickly taken care of and remedied. The unit itself was just OK – the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room was the worst I’ve ever slept on - was OK once I put two thick comforters underneath me. And TV in the master bedroom needs to be larger. The master bathroom was beautiful and the closet space was great. The outdoor patio was not cleaned prior to our arrival and had a thick layer of grime on the table which we cleaned ourselves

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! Only complaint is the grills were far away from unit and charcoal only. If posted on site, I missed it. Would have liked to know ahead of time so I could buy charcoal. Think gas grills are better option for vacationers.

Fun and convenient

The area was very nice. If you are looking for a vacation were everything is in a close proximity then Hilton head is the place for you. Easy access to the beach, pool and restaurants. Bike path covers the whole island so it is a definite must.

So great we’re going back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The location is central on the island and perfect for any activity you want to do. The condo is in a great spot in the resort with a very short and easy walk to the pool and the beach. The condo is very well appointed with all the things anyone would need for a fabulous beach vacation. Our only suggestion would be to add some area rugs to the rooms. We loved it so much we are already planning our trip for next year!

Great place to stay and relax, or not!

It was a very nice property. Two adults, two teens and one toddler. Plenty of room. Back deck came in very handy for nighttime sitting. Very close to the beach and pool. Pictures on the listing take away from the actual place, that rarely happens. Friendly, helpful renters. They had everything ready for us, including our bikes! Thanks!
