Welcome to Huntington Villa 7633 in Palmetto Dunes! The bright, open floor plan features vaulted ceilings and skylights that add to the spacious and airy feel. Enjoy the stunning water views from every room in the villa! This villa offers peace and privacy while still providing easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer.

Accommodations:
This villa offers 4 king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The new mattresses and TV in each bedroom will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The loft offers a cozy sitting area and comfortable sleeping for 6.

Living Spaces:
The fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and gas grill will allow you to prepare delicious meals while on vacation.

Outdoor:
Enjoy the stunning water views from every room in the villa, and relax on the deck or screened-in porch while overlooking the 11-mile lagoon system that runs through Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Great stay in Palmetto Dunes!

We had an awesome place in Palmetto Dunes! 4 bedrooms with king beds and 4 private bathrooms is hard to find for a couple's getaway. The place was in the best location and super clean. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be renting again. We had easy access and no issues during our stay. The house had such a great layout and a huge sofa. Perfect for our group of 10

Great stay

The home was perfect for the three generations of our family. Plenty of room for all of us, enabling us to enjoy our vacation together, yet giving us room to spread out when we wanted to. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked.

A great place for our family

Our grandchildren loved riding their bikes, going to the pool and beach, and sleeping in the loft on trundle beds. Everything was perfect for us.

This is an awesome place for vacation. The house was clean with a great layout and a great location!! It was everything we needed and more and we will be returning! Easy beach access, great area for riding bikes, easy access to amenities! The rental company and the homeowner both made sure our visit went well!

Wonderful!

Our family of 11 loved this place! Great location (very little traffic and short walk to the beach). The lagoon setting was peaceful and relaxing! The beds are comfy and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus! We will be back!

Yearly Family Vacation

Beautiful home and was exactly like the photos and descriptions of the property! We’ll stocked with trash bags and laundry supplies! CloSe to the beach And short drives to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location For Family Vacation

Great location - steps down the trail to the beach, 4 bedrooms + 3 trundles upstairs for kids. Well stocked house, nice views to the lagoon in the back (bird / alligator sightings daily). Appreciate the fragrance free cleaning of the house. Provided for a very comfortable vacation for our 2 families + grandparents.

50th Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Huntington Villas celebrating our 50th anniversary with 2 other couples. The villa was perfect for our group. Each couple had a king-size bed and private bath and we spent loads of time on the shaded screened porch. It's the perfect place for a large family or group with ample space to spread out yet easy to play games & visit. The walk to the beach is short with a spectacular view and more than ample beach area to enjoy. Our weather wasn't perfect but our villa was!

Perfect for extended family group

We had a group of five adults and one nine month old. The four very spacious bedrooms were absolutely perfect for us all to have our private space and lovely bathrooms. However, the common area was also perfect with an enormous couch with reclining seats for us all together. we also enjoyed time on the screen porch overlooking the canal. And the short walk to the beach was extremely doable. My only suggestion would be to have softer sheets. Otherwise we loved it!

Great home, beach access!

We enjoyed the home very much. It is very spacious and clean. The access to the beach was fantastic. We didn't realize how great our beach was, until we went and saw how packed the public Coligny beach was. We were there the end of July, so it was hot and the beaches were busy. Having access to private beach is well worth it. I would definitely recommend renting bikes, as they have miles of trails and it is very easy to get around. The dining options around us were excellent in Shelter Cove which allowed us to stay close to home when the traffic was heavy at dinner time. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo to anyone!

Nice But Needs Some Upgrading

Great Location and plenty of room. Lots of beds. Great for a large or multiple families. However, no furniture on the deck, none. No "pillows" on the couch as per photos. Bathrooms were very original; need upgrading. Ditto for the Kitchen. New Fridge was there, but the burners on the stovetop were all slanted and very tough on which to cook. HH Properties were very nice to deal with... If upgrades made, this would be a super property. Without them, it's just a very large condo with a lot of beds in a nice location. Nothing to write home about.....

Location is great

Super location in PD. Close walk to the pool, beach, and has lagoon water on two sides as sits on the corner lot. Condo was roomy for our big group and six girls stayed in the open loft area w the three twins, and trundle beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked and we cooked each night and enjoyed both patios especially the screened in porch. The only negative was we couldn’t keep the place at a cool enough temperature, during a super hot humid Jul 4th week. It didn’t seem like the hvac kept up w the temps causing us to be rather warm. We kept the thermostats on 70 but it never cooled below 77. We didn’t call it into maintenance as it seemed like it was an hvac that just couldn’t keep up; not broken. We still had a fabulous time- would definitely recommend the condo to large groups and we would absolutely rent again.

Wedding of a Lifetime

The layout of the house was nice. House was pretty clean, but we noticed a few things that were missed by the cleaning crew. We loved the screen porch & spent a lot of time in it. Kitchen is very small & needs updating especially the range, counter tops & cabinets. Bathrooms are nice size, but cabinets & tops also need updating. All the beds were super comfy, so we all slept well each night. Parking at the house was very inconvenient. We had 10 people staying at the house & could only have 3 cars parked at the property so that was a huge inconvenience. We were a 2 min car ride from the Omni where the wedding was held which was also a great location. Laundry on site was a huge plus. Ceiling fan in master bedroom up only worked on low so that was a bummer. The house came w/2 free bike rentals & beach chairs w/umbrellas which was really great. The bikes came in super handy. We went for bike rides & walks in the neighborhood & the beach & that was great! Overall, our stay at the property was nice & I would probably stay there again.
