It's just a stroll to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanside pools from the patio of this updated first floor 2-bedroom and den, 2-bath oceanfront condo! This unique one-level promenade-level getaway features a living and dining area, updated well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite (with walk-in shower and double vanity). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs (TVs in each room, including a 40' flat-screen in living room), DVD, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpeting in bedrooms only, with tile flooring in other areas.

Accommodates many guests

101 Farragut accommodates many guests and still feels spacious inside. We appreciate the multiple sleeping options, allowing for flexibility between families. The condo is well equipped and the first floor access to the promenade is exceptional. We enjoyed our time there as well as all of the amenities that sea colony has to offer. This season it was evident that there is some wear and tear on the condo with some repairs, more cosmetic than not, being needed. The air conditioning was struggling to keep up with the exceptionally warm temperatures the week we stayed. After staying on the beach and visiting the pools in temperatures in the upper 90s, we struggled to cool off in the warmer feeling condo.

Forty years of family fun!!

We have been coming to Sea Colony every year for 40 years. Have seen it grow into the beautiful complex that it is. My children now have children and this is their favorite place to vacation. Safe and very family oriented. Love the children's activities and convenience to so many restaurants and shops. Have recommended the Resort to many friends who also enjoy coming to Sea Colony.

Loved This Unit

We loved the unit. It was updated and clean. The location was especially convenient for us. One minute to the beach and pool and close to restaurants. The only downside was the second bathroom which needs a new shower door. It was so hard to open the one panel and maintenance tried to fix it but then it wouldn't open at all. Seems a bit dangerous.

Not clean and dryer didn’t work

We had to scrub the showers down with Clorox spray to get the mold off, the ceiling fans were so thick with dust we had to wipe those off so we could use them. And even though they knew the week prior to our arrival that the dryer did not work we were not informed. We were without a dryer all week. We have been renting at sea colony every year for over 20 years and this was not a good experience.

Great location but Apt itself needs improvements

Pros - great apt location - nice view to the ocean from the kitchen sink 😃 - close to many of the amenities and to restaurants and shops - close to Bethany Beach! We walked to the boardwalk and shops at Bethany Beach and it was a pleasant walk. - W&D, great to do laundry when you didn’t pack enough clothes 😅 - the apartment itself was well equipped with what we needed. - TV in every room w/cable! - Great Wifi - loved that we didn’t need keys to go in and out, so it made easy to not lose or have to carry extra set of keys! - Super easy check-in and out process, make sure to download the Vacasa App and it will be smooth sailing! Cons - the beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom were terrible 😫 we all came back with terrible back pains including our 11 year old, and I don’t even have back problems. My husband does and he’s still recuperating. - cosmetics updates need to be made…we noticed the couch were newer, but, there was no curtains in the bedrooms so we were up as soon as the sun was up! Black mold in the bathrooms, dusty baseboards, ice maker was not working for our fridge. - TVs were not programmed…none of the TVs were programmed 😳 so we did it for them.

Great place on first floor

The cleaning person took too long, so we could not get into the unit until 4:40 instead of 4 PM and door code had to be reset 4 times before it worked, but the place itself was fantastic. Hopefully this was just a glitch because being able to walk right out to the pool and the beach was amazing!

Great location, comfortable space

All of the accomodations were as listed. We love staying at Sea Colony. This was our first stay at this unit. It's beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture are all comfortable.

Great place but some simple things could make it better!

The unit was great. There were a couple of areas in cleaning that had been overlooked for a while, most notably the entry table in the foyer was covered in dust. There were a ridiculous number of emails from the property management co. Some where in those emails stated there was a $25 per person activity card fee for cards we never needed. For a 2 night trip adding $100 on was not a pleasant surprise! The handle to the sliding door was broken and the front door lock was fussy. Replacing the key with a keypad would be an expected update to avoid a trip to the management office. Overall the unit location was great and the furnishing clean and comfortable. The bedding options were great!
