Sea Colony guest badges are required for each person ages four and over each week and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe (across the street from Sea Colony). In addition to badges, parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off-season.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m., and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Sorry, we cannot allow pets. Sea Colony rules state that only homeowners can bring pets. Also, this is a non-smoking unit, and the minimum age to rent is 32.
