Branson was quick to respond to any of our questions leading up to our stay. The home was welcoming and fit our need for the weekend. The location is close to the downtown Sandusky area with a plethora of restaurants options.

Our stay was enjoyable. We were only in town for 3 nights and everything went smoothly for us. The property was in a location that was convenient to the sports complex where we spent most of our days. It was just the right size for 4 adults & 4 children to rest each night before another day at the ballpark.

Our stay was awesome. We loved the accommodates and the location. We were able to visit Cedar Point, tge beach and Ghostly Manor and all was less than a 15 minutes drive. We would choose ths location again.

Decent place. Great for larger groups.

The inside is just as the pictures look. Relatively clean. Was not a fan of the neighborhood. Loud cars and motorcycles all night long, and with the windows being in terrible shape, some didn't close all the way, it felt like the vehicles were inside. All in all, a decent place for your large gathering.

Very nice place!

Stayed 3 days with teammates for a fishing tournament on Lake Erie. This place accommodated us well and was very conveniently located. Updated, beautifully and very clean!

Really great stay

The house was perfect! Clean and well put together. We did have some trouble with the noise and parking due to the bar across the street. They took all parking and were drinking and yelling right outside our bedroom😒 As long as we staryed

Long Weekend Trip

We came with family/friends/teens and everyone loved the home! The common areas were large and inviting which was great for spending time with each other. Cedar point was down the road and the drive was super easy! Branson was great with communication which made the stay even more smooth- definitely recommend this place!

Great kitchen, rest of the place not the best. One door was broken on a bedroom. Ceiling fan in living room had around 3/8" of dust on it. Trash cans on patio were overflowing. Patio had bushes overgrown, not really usable.

Short stay in Sandusky

Property was very close to everything and only 10 minutes to Cedar Point. This review is not to slam anyone and is intended to give helpful hints/advice for the property owner. Property states for 10 people. We only had 7 due to one dropping out last minute. Need more silverware for 10 people. Dining room or island needs more chairs. Only 6 people could sit down to eat. 3 out of the 4 tvs would not connect to the internet and kept saying new device connect in which we didn’t have the owners credentials to make this change. Buy an inexpensive ironing board. Invest in new towels. Some were stained with bleach and were super thin. Not sure where guests 9 and 10 would sleep since we didn’t see any pull outs other than recliners. Replace doors that are broke and just leaning against the wall. The house was very charming and matched the description as provided. The bedrooms were spacious and linen was clean. The kitchen was huge and plenty of room to cook and entertain. Overall we had an amazing time here. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans to cook. Washer and dryer were a plus and greatly appreciated. The house is across the street from a bar and was very loud until 2 am on a Saturday night. Lots of foot traffic walking right next to the bedroom windows. I understand that the noise cannot be controlled by the host.

Not the greatest, but cheap and spacious

Place was ok. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice and there's a lot of space. The rest of the place is a little janky. A couple places that looked unpainted/unfinished, broken closet doors, large crack in the bedroom door. Some lights that could not be turned off. Area is not the greatest. Quite a bit of foot traffic right outside. Street traffic is also very loud. Fine for the relatively low price, but don't think I would stay again.

Large Family Getaway Downstairs

Enjoyed our stay again at this Vrbo, but this year we stayed in the downstairs portion. Two of the three bedrooms face the street side so noise from traffic was heard though it was not all night long. Kitchen and living room areas are huge! Neither bathroom is attached to a bedroom. Third bedroom with twin bunk beds is small but manageable, however our 13 and 14 year old daughters were too big for the bunk bed. We enjoyed our stay this year downstairs, but over all we preferred the upstairs portion better overall for comfort and the upstairs allowed the daughters to have their own rooms along with their own living room. The upstairs was about $200 more for the weekend, so with that in mind we made the right choice for our family and friends for the volleyball tournament weekend. Would suggest this property to others!

Spacious!

Had a great stay at this property! The host was wonderful and called me after we had checked out to tell me that we left a suitcase and helped coordinate me getting it back. The location is a little off the beaten path but a short drive or walk to every thing we needed. I would def stay here again.

I’ll come back in the summer it was a new year’s trip so we was in the house for the trip the front room gets a little cold but the house is roomy clean the neighborhoods is quiet we love it all around

A couple of warnings

The interior was really nice, but the outdoors needed cleaning. If you are afraid of spiders, be warned. There were around 20 spiders sitting in their webs outside the house and We also killed 4 inside. The grills were rusted and not cleaned. There were literally unusable and need to be replaced. If you are a light sleeper, be warned. A train loudly blares every hour on the hour. You can also hear the traffic so clearly, that it sounds like it is coming into the house itself. Overall, the interior was nice, clean for the most part, and location to cedar point was nice.

Cedar Point Getaway

Many thanks to the owner for allowing us to use this outstanding property during a family (of 5) getaway to Cedar Point. Communication and check-in were super smooth. The property was clean and the kitchen was calling our names to crank out amazing family dishes. So many options for separate spaces for kids to read, rest & scroll social media while also affording high quality community spaces to play games, cook, catch up, and plan the next getaway. Thanks for time and effort taken on your end resulting in an outstanding stay!

Convenient location & Lots of space

The house was perfect for our large group. We were in town for a softball tournament and most of the team stayed. We were close to Cedar Point, Sports Force park and also the ferry to get to Put in Bay. We did have an issue with A/C but the owner was responsive and did his best to keep the house comfortable for us. There is a hot tub there but wasn’t on the listing so we didn’t use. Also, one suggestion would be to add more towels and blankets. Given the size of the house and number of people it can hold we were constantly washing towels and had to go run and buy some extra blankets. We would definitely return! Thanks for having us

Good place
