Plenty of room and the backyard is amazing

We rented this huge home for a SURPRISE 75th Birthday for our Mom. We enjoyed staying here especially the view from the backyard. John the owner always answered any questions we had and anything we needed . Kitchen is unbelievable.

Cycling trip

Went here for cycling. Easy to get to bike paths to take you to main rides. House is large and accommodates large groups well. The bedrooms have many possible sleeping arrangements. There are only 2 bathrooms but manageable.

Family Reunion

We had a family group of 7 adults and 6 children all under 10. There were easily enough beds for all of us without using the pullouts. Great views. Lots of nearby trails for hiking. Enjoyed the stay. John was very responsive. We were the first VRBO renters, although he has had others who rented from the other site. The home had been recently remodeled. There were a few minor items that we suggested to John for improvements, and John took our input well.

Solid house for a large group

Two families stayed here over thanksgiving - we had a wonderful time! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group. Kitchen had more appliances than was listed and was very well stocked. The house feels a bit more like a friend than family gathering - but it worked great for what we were looking for. Thx!

Wonderful place to stay in Tucson with a host willing to go the extra mile to help you out

This is a beautiful property in the foothills of Tucson. It had plenty of space to accommodate our group and offered us everything we need! We had about 15 people staying at the house with another 10 who would come to hang out through the day, and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen functioned well and made it easy to prepare meals for a large group (15-25 people at a time). It was very clean and had every amenity. The host has gone the extra distance to make sure every step and potential hazard is well marked and provided instructions to the TVs and wifi throughout the house. We had one miscommunication between us and the host prior to staying at the property, but John worked hard to rectify this and we really appreciated it! We fully recommend booking this property yourself!

Awesome Home

John meet us there and we toured the entire home. Our stay there was awesome. Enjoyed the backyard playing cornhole and relaxing with a great view of the mountain scenery. This home has everything you need.. Thank you John, your home exceeded our expectation. Highly recommended!!

Great Clean Home for Groups

We had a group of 8 golfers for 4 days, and we loved the home! Large open floorplan made it easy to congregate, spacious bedrooms and a great master shower as well as huge backyard. We will be back, thanks John you were great!

Tucson Getaway House

Tucson, AZ was this years location for our family gathering. Half of us live in AZ and the other half in IL. We orignially booked this property for its proximity to Tucson family. It ended up being EXCEPTIONAL for us. We were able to entertain our large group of 22 one of the nights, giving my sister-in-law a break from her house. We had sleeping accommodations for 11 ranging in age 3-52. The beds were very comfortable. House could have slept 14+ very easily. I was worried about only two bathrooms between all of us but it was never an issue even though everyone wanted to enjoy the master shower as long as possible. Kitchen was easy to navigate around and offered the usual necessities. Supplies were generously stocked. Plenty of space everywhere, whether it was in the kitchen for meal/cocktail prepping or just hanging out. We brought our corn hole boards from the Valley and had plenty of space to set them up. Plenty to do for our family with games, pool table and enjoying coffee on the patio. We should have brought a jigsaw puzzle. The island counter top would have been perfect for it. Played golf nearby. Sabino Canyon was a great activity for our group. Finger Rock was a great hike for the more active family members. Grocer nearby. Fini's Landing, a restaurant around the corner, was able to accommodate all of us on their patio. Bazil's pizza was amazing too. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Great experience

The house was immaculate when we arrived. John met us and showed us everything in the house. It is in a beautiful location, and was just perfect for our family. My son loved the bonus of the pool table in the game room. John was a great host and checked in with us and made sure we were taken care of. When we come back to tucson, we will reserve this place again
